Lets search then.
Il Don here,
My keys are across the mansion. My people have the keys, my rooms have the keys. Since you were never invited to my mansion, it is obvious my most private part of the mansion is sealed off. Go back. Quit.
If you still consider yourself foolish, you won't find them up here. However, my Enforcer will never let you have them.
better locka yourself up. we are coming for ya
You will be the first to die.
So if we have to get the keys from the enforcer, the question is do we have enough HP and AP to take him down?
I don't know that we can trust anything Jav says. According to the rules he's not even supposed to be talking. It could be true or he could be trying to throw us off. It's possible that there is one key and it's possible that there are multiple keys. At this point the only way to know is to be thorough in our efforts to search all the rooms.
And, yes, I can come and go as I please. Do you want me to scout the room before we go in? If so, let me know and i'll send the request to raven.
Others can chime in with what they think, but I guess I'm still unclear as to how your ability works. You can scout ahead, but sometime you can get caught and if you do get caught then you are stuck in a battle on your own. When you do scout you are able to see what is in a room including both treasure and goons. Does that pretty much sum it up?
FYI - my ability has a similar caveat in that there's a 25% chance the torture fails and someone is alerted.
Sounds about right. FYI - my ability has a similar caveat in that there's a 25% chance the torture fails and someone is alerted.
what happen when 'someone is alerted'
Let me clarify. I can torture a goon and s/he will reveal who and what is in the next room. There's a 1 in 4 chance the torture will fail, and if it fails, the goon will scream loud enough to bring whoever is in the next room running, and presumably, I'll (we'll) get attacked.
With the group of 4 of us, it seems like a chance we should take - and I've let raven know I have my "toolkit" ready.
we are 6 and it seems that even if it fails it could still be a good thing in most cases.
if you torture a goon with multiple adjacent rooms , do you find out stuff about all of them?
so we are talking about the SE room, right?
Yes, but do we want Moyank to search it first? It would seem that the only time she runs the risk of getting caught is if it's a hallway where she has nowhere to hide. Thoughts?
