A PM was most certainly sent on Monday, and I have forwarded it again in case it failed to arrive at its destination......

That PM was just a "where's my goons?!" PM. I, in turn, forwarded to Scepticalscribe my PMs in response.

Either have replied since last night. If I get nothing by 8 PM EST tonight, the bad guys forfeit their moves.

60 hours and counting.......

Yeah, no offense, but unless there's been a real life catastrophe, the turn should have already been forfeited. 48 hours is enough time for anyone.

Moves finally in.

From now on, the Don and the Consigliere can both direct moves to me. And moves are due within 48 hours after my narration of the good guys' last move.

Okay, let's go goodies.

Sorry for the delay. I am having S, take care for the next turn of ours as well. Real life issue at the job place.

Just a perk of having a boss go on a rampage and a factory being shut down due to faulty transformer. Not fun if you are in the EE team.

Do we still have four turns or are we down to two?

Round 5
- Turn 1: Explore/search the current room we are in.

If anyone wants to switch around guns then now is the time to say so. If someone wants to pick up the gun from the goon in this room then say so now.

we still have to wait for the 'explore' to be done before picking up stuff

QoS should get the small gun, since she has one less Ap then the rest of us, and moyank should get the one i dropped, for when she is alone snooping around

I really should. Though, I'm also considering a Queen Cersei avatar as well. Nobody is more baddass than Cersei. :D

Yeah, Cersei is seriously badass, agreed.

Have you ever read anything by Scott Lynch? He has written the first two of a purported seven book series - the 'Gentlemen Bastard' series - and in the second one, there are a few fantastic female characters, including a wonderful female pirate captain......

No, I haven't - But I'm definitely going to look into him. What is more awesome than a female pirate captain?? :D

Thanks!

Thanks!

A highly competent and extremely successful female pirate captain with two children (who live on board with her), a brilliant line in sharp and savage witty ripostes, and a female first officer......that is what is 'more awesome' than a female pirate captain....

The book is called "Red Skies Under Red Seas" and is a direct sequel to "The Lies of Locke Lamorra". Both are well worth reading but the second is even better and really takes off when they get to sea.

As the remaining hitmen entered the room, the doctor tossed his Tommy gun to the sneaking lady.

"You should have this. To protect yourself when sneaking about," the doctor said. The woman nodded thanks.

Queen of Spades walked over to the bloody body hanging over the overturned table and picked up the gun that the goon was holding.

"I'll keep this, I think."

"Protection for the ladies. Of course," the bombs expert commented as he looked around the room. Something in a pile that spilled out of a drawer that fell over when the goon overturned the table caught his attention.

"Hey, maybe this will open those locked doors in the hallway?"

Queen of Spades saw what it was when the bombs expert held up a small shining item. It was a key.

----------

Queen of Spades now has a handgun.
Moyank24 now has the Tommy gun.
Don't panic is now back to the 'default' gun.

A mansion key was found in the room.

----------

STATUS:

mscriv: Level 7, 7 AP, 6 HP
Queen of Spades: Level 6, 7 AP, 6 HP
Koodauw: Level 7, 13 AP, 7 HP
Moyank24: Level 8, 11 AP, 7 HP
Don't panic: Level 7, 7 AP, 7 HP
Rodimus Prime: Level 7, 7 AP, 7 HP

Well, that was kind of anticlimactic. I didn't expect to find a key so fast. So anyone have input on where to go? We can obviously try the key in the two locked doors on the map or we can go to the end of the East/West hallway. And, there's always the option of going back downstairs to finish exploring the unseen rooms there.

For the sake of time...

Round 5
- Turn 1: Explore/search the current room we are in.
- Turn 2: Move back into the hallway (2B on DP's map) from which we came.
- Turn 3: ???
- Turn 4: ???

Thoughts my fellow assassins? DP says try to unlock 2d3 at the South of the North/South hallway. Any objections?

Ravenvii, does unlocking a door take a turn or do we unlock and go inside all in one move? If the key doesn't work on the door then do we lose a turn for trying?

Maybe I can swipe the key and try sneaking into a room? So we can figure out which door it opens?
