Their trade-in value has gotten almost insulting. It was much better when series 4 came out. I think I got $175 for my series 3 when upgrading to my series 4. Now I think the max they will give you no matter if it is SS or a sports is $100 for the most recent series.
I think when I tried to trade in my series 4 stainless for a series 5 when the series 5 came out, Apple gave no more than a measly $125! I sold it on eBay for a little less then 500 so I’m not sure why Apple low balled on those. Apple is much better with iPhone trade in values when the new iPhones come out, where I feel it may actually be worth it than list a last Gen iPhone on eBay or something.
the ceramic watches I’m slowly warming up to with all these pics, I just don’t know if I would be able to match the many classic leather buckles that I have and since i really enjoy that band style. But the ceramic looks great with many of the other bands in all the pics posted here earlier! Probably gets many more looks and comments than any other style of Apple Watch.
