Well, I’m having an issue with an eBay seller.........

On 6/26 I ordered two Apple ‘green’ sport bands, new, from the seller. The package arrived today and there was only ONE strap (set of 3 normal bands but should have been 6 total).

I immediately messaged him through eBay but haven’t received a response. In fact I’ve messaged him twice during the last six hours. Mind you, he has about 1300 reviews and over a 99% rating. He’s also sold tons of bands. I’m surprised I haven’t heard back. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.....maybe he’s used to packing one strap and did not looking properly at my order....maybe he has a helper packing stuff. Who knows.

Anyway I had a claim opened via an eBay agent stating part of my order was missing so the seller has a few days to respond. I’m obviously annoyed and mad.....especially as one was meant for me and the other a surprise gift for a family member. And the color isn’t easy to locate.

Should I rather just dispute via PayPal? Not even sure how it would work as I paid for two but only got one.

For starts, you should give the seller more than 6 hours to respond to a message. It's not at all unreasonable to give anyone at least 1 full day to respond.
Anyway, if you already put an eBay claim in, I would let that process work through before involving PayPal.
Good luck.

Yeah I’m still waiting.....no response yet

What is the order/payment/shipping process for aliexpress like? I clicked the link and was thinking about buying some of the Nike sport knockoffs due to the unique colors.
You can order them shipped from the US, China, or Europe with most sellers. Just works like any other website, you place your order and get tracking within a few days.

Sometimes I really don’t understand the pricing some eBay sellers try to compete with...

I literally bought my black/volt brand new for 94% off this guy’s asking price.

Have you considered the fact that the seller might not be able to respond today for some reason (work, family business). A little patience shouldn’t be too much to ask for, right?

I start to get suspect when a seller who has active listings on eBay all the time hasn’t accessed his email in over 24 hours. Just seems odd to me as he is obviously fulfilling orders. I’d imagine if you were in my shoes you’d be concerned as well.

I like how they put in all that effort and it still looks bad haha.

Appreciate the video, but I’m not ready to sand down my watch! I was thinking more along the lines of coloring it in with a sharpie 😂

I actually purchased the paint and like you didn’t want to use sandpaper on my watch so I purchased a Modal thin bumper from Best Buy and covered the Watch.
