Got cactus today. It’s not as bright as the grapefruit I was wearing.. So I will let it try to win me over tomorrow!

Let Cactus marinate. I wasn’t thrilled at first but it’s so unique. One of my favorites.Got cactus today. It’s not as bright as the grapefruit I was wearing.. So I will let it try to win me over tomorrow!View attachment 932396
Okay, so here’s a quick rundown. You’ll need:
– a ceramic watch tied to your Apple ID (all three people I spoke to checked the serial number and purchase date, since the band is a replacement band that exclusively comes with one Edition model)
– $53 for a new band (AppleCare won’t replace the band for free unless the serial number of the ceramic watch tied to your AppleID is for a brand new Ceramic watch)
– a LOT of time and patience
@kryptticAZ was kind enough to provide me with a part number previously but it didn’t help. Neither AppleCare frontline nor senior advisers nor sales could look it up with a part number. This is why the call took an hour and a half with three different advisers. The best way I was able to do it was by telling them it’s the soft white that comes with the ceramic and pointing them to the page on the Apple website where it shows the band. After they verify you do indeed own a ceramic and an hour 15 minutes of holding and transferring they should be able to send you an email to order the band. The good news for those with other current Edition watches (both natural and black titanium) is this method should allow you to buy replacements of the exclusive bands that come with that watch if the bands get damaged or you buy one of the watches used without the band included.View attachment 932252
Nope, $20 local sale. And yes, love the ceramic with the Nylons! I think they should also work well with black and gray ones as they do with those color bands in other types.
I can confirm what pitch and kryptticAZ did worked for me too w/ titanium. Called support, told them I wanted a the light gray replacement band that came with the watch. I had to clarify with her what this was and, when she said let me reach out retail, I told her, based on Pitch's experience, that this is not retail. She talked to her supervisor and came back to ask my serial number, confirmed it was a "SVC..." replacement for 44mm light gray. Got the email for warranty replacement and clicked Apple Pay. So telling them this is an "out of warranty" replacement of a band I think helped.

Thanks to the members who suggested this method, looking forward to my light gray titanium pin band to go with my recently purchased used titanium watch.
100% Agreed!Spruce Fog is so underrated. I like that colorway a lot.
Curious for some on the wrist photos when you get a chance! Do you have pine green? If so how do you think they compare in person? I’ve only seen photos of them side by side.Got cactus today. World indigo looking nice and green inside (first photo) and a bit more blue outside (second). Love this band. Also, it has been two weeks since I’ve bought a band! That’s a bit of a record for me lately 🤭.
They are quite different - here is a bright indoor photo which I posted earlier. I can take one outside later if you like. That’s unfortunate about the decreasing reflectivity. I’ve not encountered that myself but I don’t wear it super often.Do you a Hyper Grape Loop to compare with the World Indigo under the sunlight? Kinda similar don’t you think? Does it come with a reflective thread too? I run with the hyper grape all the time so for some reason that reflecting thread just doesn’t shine like it used to unfortunately.

I just gave my boyfriend the spruce fog I got for him, and even though I don’t like it at all for me, I’ve been surprised to see how much I like on him.100% Agreed!

I’m not sure he’ll ever agree to wear his celestial teal, though, so I may be selling that one.

Thanks for the comparisons Pitch! Of course everything looks good on that watch but cactus is increasingly growing on me.Woven nylon of the morning: Pearl View attachment 932569

Yesterday was my Pine Green day between all the travel. After seeing all the pine green and cactus photos, today is a pine green day for me.
Thanks! I love the watch as well! Actually just got it a few weeks ago used for half off of retail, so I can’t see myself upgrading to the Series 6. As much as I love it I think it would be hard for me to pay $1400 for one new – despite my watch band hoarding, in the end I am still a civil servant, after all! 😝Amazing watch man! Do you happen to have a Cosmos Blue Loop or Sea Blue Buckle? I bet that be so good with that ceramic body. Just curious though, do you plan on upgrading to S6 in a different color? If that so, do you usually sell your current ceramic or any band that will not be coordinated in style with your new one? Thank.
Somehow cactus looks even nicer outside:Thanks for the comparisons Pitch! Of course everything looks good on that watch but cactus is increasingly growing on me.
If your top grey is labeled as “42” (not 44) it is simply “Gray” and the bottom is certainly Fog. Both sold at retail boxed! So in my quest to get a titanium gray band (before the whole apple care success), I bought these two. Dark gray from blue spry and another light gray one. can you guys help to decipher if the bottom one is Fog? I have no idea. And the dark gray, was it a retail band or an included band? thanks! BTW, these have all the original markings and feel genuine apple.

44 or 40mm?FINALLY found a Spearmint Sport Band at Best Buy. Now I’m looking for Cornflower Sport Loop, and I might have to get that Cactus Sport Band as well.
