Here is my used hyper grape loop versus new world indigo/lime, anyone else lose the reflectiveness?

i had just under 100 bands at the beginning of the quarantine and since it started ive purchased an additional 46 and have about 4 or 5 on the way soon.

Thanks, this was very helpful. I had seen a few videos of the Midnight stripe and also thought the blue looked lighter than I would have expected. But it’s always so hard to tell what the lighting is like in a photo or video. Having a description of the band helps!I’ve had both at one point...sold them with older watches but I much preferred the non stripe navy/Tahoe blue rather than the midnight blue stripe one. The navy Tahoe has a nice bluish/silverish sheen. The blue stripes on the striped one overall looked much lighter than I expected. I think the stripe works better on the black woven nylons in my opinion, but of course to each his own. There is also a navy/Tahoe blue *stripe* band that would be interesting to compare to, if someone has pics of that! On eBay the pics of the navy/Tahoe striped band looked better to me than the midnight blue striped band.
...or you could just get both and call it a day! 😁👍🏾

The Tahoe Blue stripe band looks lighter than either the solid Tahoe or the stripe Midnight Blue. Don’t think I want to go that bright. Seems like the solid Tahoe Blue is the right shade for me. Definitely agree with you about the black stripe looking sharp though. Got one in last week and it looks great!

EDIT: Just to get the mods off my back. Papaya came in! However, I'm having a hard time telling the difference between it and Vitamin C. Need some sunlight to help!
Papaya left, Vitamin C right. The difference is much more marked in photos than in real life, at least in the lights I have in this house.

YUP! I bought this as an open box from BestBuy, but whoever returned it replace the genuine Nike one that they bought with a fake 3rd party band. Now get to be the lucky one that has to go to BestBuy and try and convince them that I'm NOT the one that is pulling a fast one on them. I am planning on going in to the store today to see what they will do about it.
im sure they will take it and return your money, dont even mention that someone placed a fake in there

Yeah I’m looking forward to getting it. Was able to find one NIB on eBay for half the price I would have had to pay for a loose Midnight Blue Stripe from Chargerstore, so that also helps! Will post pics once it comes in next week.
Yeah Ive had this happen with Best Buy Open Box (and amazon) too. They WILL challenge you if you call attention to it. I hate to condone this, but your best bet is to simply return it, Period.

Not surprised. My wife works at Target and people are constantly doing that with all sorts electronics and they don't even look alike. If they argue enough, Target still takes the item back even though they know it was not the original item purchased. They also do it with household items also like vacuum cleaners, microwaves, toasters, etc.
