We used WatchOS 1.0 and we LIKED it.
(Because the Apple Watch provided a place for our watch bands.)

You're thinking of the First Generation "Series 0" watch. The "Series 1" was released alongside the Series 2 as the more budget version, doing away with the 'sport' variant. It only came in aluminum finishes & didn't have the GPS, water resistance, or brighter display of the Series 2. I've always brought my phone with me on walks or runs, so it piggybacks off my iPhone's GPS. Would be cool to do away with that, though.

This begs the question as to what Apple will call the thing that replaces Series 3 (which surely they must?) Series 3.5? Series 4.1? Series SE? Hey, as long as the Watch Bands still fit...

Call me crazy, but I think Apple just might keep the Series 3 going for another year. They might give it a bit of a spec boost, but that's about as far as they'll go.

I think they could release the AW4 instead. stick to the 64bit processor line and have one line of apps/os. AW3 is only 32bit
I was looking at the bands that are still available on Apple Uk and noticed that all the Ceramics and silver Titaniums in 40mm are currently sold out/unavailable š¢. The bands themselves appear to be available still but I wasnāt expecting the ceramics/Titanium to be gone not sure if this means no S6 ceramic coming š¬

I repeat this to myself every morning in the bathroom mirror. It's not working...
With no thought for the photo shoot, my wife has gone out wearing the Barely Rose.
Spruce Fog, Obsidian and Hyper Grape are in the post.
And an alleged Flat Silver/White from CeX, but it'll probably turn out to be a Pure Plat/White... or Pink Sand... or an Xbox controller. Who knows.
P.S. Anyone have a S/M Olive Flak going spare?

Before I joined this forum, I saw Watch bands as a fashion accessory... only a few weeks later, I realised that they are actually an addiction š...

RIP to your wallet.. but have fun and keep in mind. Resale is usually above retail or at least break even-ish if you want to unload bands later.
Today ā Royal Pulse / Lava Glow. Iām told it looks more impressive in the sunshine. It actually looks more compelling in this picture than it does in the real world. Interesting.

Maybe Iām being unkind... the real problem is that they donāt have an obsessive/encyclopaedic knowledge of watch bands. I can understand when they receive them unboxed, but a recent attempt to get a Black/White ended up being a boxed Pure Plat/Black. Yes, to the untrained eye it could be considered to be both black and āwhiteā, BUT THE COLOUR NAME IS WRITTEN ON THE FLIPPINā BOX!
In the early days of collecting, it almost didnāt matter what they sent me, because I probably didnāt have it. Itās a different matter now though. If Lilac or Spicy Orange come up, Iād have to take a chance and order, but Iād expect Lavender and Apricot if Iām lucky, or Pink Sand and a non-OEM if Iām not.

I just got Black/Lime Blast in today. I am now down to 2 Nike bands before I have all of them. I already have a few sellers with a Light Violet that I am waiting on hearing back from, so all I'm hunting for now is Celestial Teal!

A good watch band delivery day! The eBay āBlack/Pure Platinumā mislabeled Hyper Crimson/Neptune Green loop, and the Storm Gray Classic Buckle....thank you @kryptticAZ for helping me obtain the final band of my Classic Buckle collection!!
