Didn't like my ceramic with Flat Silver/Volt either. Don't have other bands except Spruce Fog/Vintage Lichen (still sealed in box😅). Very soon I will give it a try
@Pitch is the only one I’ve seen pull it off.
I would say lavender trends more female as it was paired with the rose gold watch (before they merged gold aluminum) but as for the band itself it’s very desaturated and gray and “ok for men” (although I’m Victorian and see pink as manly).

I quoted you a while ago on this when I didn’t have denim but now I do but have yet to try it on. I need to remember to take a pic of it for you tomorrow. Unless you also have denim and can now do so yourself with your new ceramic. Also looking forward to pics of your whole watch collection after your docks come. My pollen that I ordered turned out to be lemonade and since I had my friend in London ship it to me along with a bunch of other bands I bought from eBay and @iChernov , I am no longer eligible for buyer protection as the very annoyed people on r/eBay and @toxtrepla informed me.
I happen to like it with the greens and flat silver/volt. I’d agree with black/cool gray – I don’t think it looks bad, per se, but doesn’t pop like it’s does with say, black/cool white.
Funny, I happen to like it with the gold Milanese, but I think you have to get it in light where it shines.
I’m just sad you didn’t like the combo. I happen to like it – gives me kinda a cookies and cream vibe. Also, friend, I found the CYR for around the price you paid (and I almost paid), so now we can all see it what it looks like on the gold stainless and the ceramic watches.

Me too! I don’t have as many watches, and all of mine are far older... but I’m excited nonetheless! My S3 replacement & first dock come tomorrow. Probably going to buy a S4 SBSS next.

Maybe I’ll have to revisit them and try again. I only put half the band on my ceramic to save time, but I’ll go back and probably wear them all one at a time.
It’s the exact same color. Only difference is one has a ceramic pin & black underside.
Looks like a custom face. You can download apps that let you make custom faces.
I await your review and photo. I’m so biased by any gold pin, I can only think of it in the context of my gold case. For sure you’ll see some purple in warmer light.
And yeah I just meant pink as the extreme end of the supposed gender color spectrum.

It wasn't from a seller called 'sattiltd' was it? Exactly the same thing happened to me. He has now updated the listing, so at least no one else will get caught out. Very annoying indeed though.

Left to right - 2017 Grey, Dark Grey Titanium, Grey/Black Ceramic. Gen 1 Black along the top. There is definitely a subtle difference between all three.
I emailed that seller last year to give them the heads up that the listing was incorrect - I pointed out that the “Pollen” Sport Band could not be Pollen because the pictures clearly showed 40mm stamped on them. At first they said it doesn’t matter 38 & 40mm both fit, so I said “you misunderstand, I am saying it is impossible for that to be Pollen because Pollen came out before the 40mm size change”. Their answer - “well it looks Pollen to me!”. So I gave up. I have noticed they tend to guess the colours when there is no box to verify. 🤦🏼♀️

Chargerstore does offers only for combined deals. If you’re looking at more than one band, message him and make a reasonable offer. Then once he accepts he will either launch a combined listing for you or direct you to make separate offers on each band you wanted.
Yes, it was sattiltd. When I messaged him or her asking for a partial refund since it was lemonade and not pollen (the listing says lemonade now but said pollen when I bought it) they said they sold me a pollen and only changed the listing after I bought it. Then I sent them a pic showing it matches lemonade and they said all the yellows look the same. 🤣 So I sent them another pic of the band next to every other yellow except the missing pollen to show that it only matches lemonade and they begrudgingly accepted a return for a refund but since the band is not at my friend’s delivery address in London I would have to pay for return shipping, which would be a wash. It really annoys me when sellers try to give you the run around when you catch them in a mistake and now it’s even worse as it seems this guy had full prior awareness this wasn’t the color it was being sold as.

It’s in Texas. I have to fly out there to go get it. Was at a relative’s house. It looks pristine largely because it is. I bought it in pretty good condition for $10.50, which was why I wasn't too concerned when I lost it. It would be hard to find another one at that price, but I can live with a $10 loss.
Nice! I got mine new in box for $35. $10.50 is amazing! It’s my favorite woven nylon. Happy for you on recovering the band! That band is a hard find.
