I think he changed the listing after I contacted him about the same issue on 14th August. Rather than a return (my wife had Lemonade but I didn’t), I got him to cut me a deal on a boxed Pollen he had, which turned out to be the real deal.
The main reason I hadn’t bought from him before is that he clearly doesn’t know what half of the colours are! He had a few ‘Dark Pink’ bands for a while, which could have been Rose Red, but I didn’t want to take the risk...
It’s funny how it cuts both ways. If a band is one that is rare and fairly easy to eyeball, the seller who doesn’t know the name won’t know the value and you score big time...the flip side with a band that has a lot of cousins is all this anxiety and agony :/

VIII. Winter 2017 (it’s not the size of the *metaphorical* dog in the *metaphorical* fight...)
My orange stripe woven nylon came in today and...it’s just not for me. I knew it was going to be bright but I had thought the band would be orange and blue (this picture convinced me to pull the trigger). In person though, the band is much more pink and purple. It’s nice looking but not really my style. I didn’t even buckle the band as I am almost certain I will be reselling it.
A bit bummed as this is the first time I haven’t liked a woven nylon that I have bought. Hoping I like the blue stripe bands I got from Chargerstore better when they arrive in the next week or so.

Wear it for a day, it’ll convince you to like it.
I had the same let down w the midnight blue stripe woven nylon...real life was much lighter than in pics. Is that the one you ordered? Maybe it was just me though. The Tahoe stripe woven nylon appeared to be possibly the better blue but I’ve never tried that one. Regarding this orange stripe, You can probably resell it for reasonable price, it looks like a combo of colors that would interest someone who likes bright bands.

It’s kind of a given for Apple’s hero shots but it’s pretty rare that user photos look that different from the reality of the band. I don’t know what the person who took the photo I linked to did to make those stripes look so blue!
I ended up ordering both the Midnight and Tahoe stripes and will probably only keep one. I suspect you’re right that it will be the Tahoe but only time will tell
To follow up on our picayune discussion from yesterday as we suss out the white ceramic’s best pairs...I think antique white just doesn’t have the vibrancy to work with it in the way that mellow yellow does—out in the sun. For a dusty ice cream look, I much prefer pink sand1, pictured here installed on the bottom of the watch. @Pitch is right that antique looks good in shade/indoors...

oh nice! Then pls share pics of both Tahoe and mn blue once you get them! 😁 I’ve been considering picking up Tahoe stripe if it’s more attractive than the midnight blue stripe which I did not like much.
Today’s band — the 2nd generation midnight blue sport loop. Much less interesting than its older sibling.
