Yesterday’s band — Midnight Blue Checked Woven Nylon. Have I mentioned I really like the Checked family?

Bands I snagged out of the mail box this morning, and my deep navy. I love the color but it marks if you touch it. Band of the day... white.

I don't even know how to begin explaining what happened.... I think it started with the disputed charges on my account in September when the new watch came out. After all the dust seemed to settle I had an account balance of 89 bucks. With the 3 new watch bands released I figured I would use the balance and save some money.... Well when I check out I get 'account balance is disabled. contact apple for help.' Spent 2 hours yesterday talking to 8 different people cause no one knew how to help or I was in the wrong department. Finally I contacted someone who may or may not have been a senior advisor and they said that there was nothing they could do(they didn't have access to apple accounts) and that in past cases they themselves have seen where anything ever becomes 'disabled' that there is nothing that can be done and there is just no way to undo it....

I've had this apple ID for nearly 15 years and all my purchases are on it... I've probably spent well over 30k on apple products in my life and I know its petty but like are you serious... you disable my account after that and rob me of 90 bucks.

He said that he will escalate it to a manager but that I probably wont hear back from anyone for 7-10 days because of it being black Friday and black Saturday and cyber Monday and all that busy time of year nonsense.

Just really frustrated with it right now. I cant even purchase more iCloud storage to back up my phone.

My next course of action is to try to get over to customer relations or something. Unless someone else has any other ideas?
Write an email to Tim Cook. He does read them and if needed he will forward to the relative department to take action. How do I know? I got an email reply from the iWork team leader and saw that Tim forwarded my email to Eddy Cue who then forwarded the email to the iWork team. Be respectful, and there is a chance it will be noticed and you will get some help. Though of course, it is the holidays, maybe nobody will see it until much later.

Cybermonday has been good to me 😊. I just managed to fetch both original 44mm Dragon Fruit SB and SL for just over €20 each at an online store in my country.

P.S. in fact I bought all 3 Dragon Fruit SB’s they had in stock 🤫. Might put them up for sale on eBay because unfortunately I have no access to the sales forum here.

Surf blue would get my vote but hard to know without seeing in person. If you’re ordering online returns are easy, depending on where you live.
I have the blue watch and I really do not see the blue on it unless I glance at it from the side and my band selection right now look fine on it... but I only have white black and deep navy in hand. The rest (4 now) are in transit
