I tend to agree. On that basis I took delivery of a couple of solid yoinks today. What have the oracles of Nike colour naming decided they are called? The light blue looks to be the same on both. The bottom one is Flat Silver / ??View attachment 1707744

Yeah, bottom is Flat Silver/Laser Blue? At least I think we settled on laser. Laser Blue, Blue Glow, Blue Fury, and I think one other were in the realm of possibility but I don’t remember for sure. Ask @athousandbands.

Top base might be Obsidian or Deep Royal

but that’s based solely on pics, so there’s probably a margin of error.

We confirmed that the blue isn't Blue Black, but hadn't checked with Obsidian. Doing that now it's lighter and perhaps greyer. Deep Royal maybe then.

Also my wife is suggesting Laser Blue could actually be Gamma Blue...

Actually nah; Deep Royal is much richer; more Deep Navy whereas we're looking for something more Alaskan

Wait no it’s probably not Deep Royal, as much as I love how “Deep Royal/Blue Glow” sounds (and looks after googling some shoes) it’s more purpley in color. I’ll have to do some “research” tomorrow to find out if thousandnikes doesn’t beat me to it.

SS is such a good looking case material. Always a classic look! Interesting that you would say the screen looks brighter on the SS. The sapphire screen on the SS has a higher reflectance than the glass screen on the Aluminum models. This can cause the screen on the SS to actually look dimmer in some lighting situations due to glare. It’s never been enough of an issue that I have cared and the increased scratch resistance is more than worth the trade off in my book!

I personally bought this SS Series 5 a week ago from Amazon for 408 euros, of course brand new...really good deal imho.

Man, for real! I originally bought this as a gift for my mom...but I think I'm gonna keep it and give her my Nike Series 6 instead xD

Walmart has been having random and weird price drops on S6 SS models, but it’s challenging to find it in stock there. For example here’s the silver 40mm listed for $420 and the graphite 44mm listed for $450 but both are OOS. I was able to price-match it with Best Buy after few trials, even though it’s OOS and some agents refused it because of this reason, but persistence works. I actually did it twice for my watch and my wife’s 40mm.

Thank you for the advice! Unfortunately it will be difficult for me to shop there, not sure they ship to Europe. But there are a lot of sales going on here as well, perhaps I'll get lucky!

So after receiving kumquat from apple today which was all scratched up and has manufacturing defects it’s going back and I’ve just got a mint sports band for £25 like new, anyone have pics of one on the wrist? Preferably in stainless. All I can find is pics of spearmint.

Also found beryl which might come tomorrow and I’m very tempted to buy dragonfruit but might be a little much for a bloke in a work setting as it’s a very bright pink by the looks of it. Awesome colour though.
So I might have a clear out of boxed cactus, vitamin c/ and maybe spearmint for sale
