$10 bright blue baby. Gen 1? Surprised by how thin and light this band is!!

Ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together for the showstopper of a lifetime. You haven’t met him yet, for he has been locked away in the Cupertino vaults... but today, he breaks out, and shows himself live on this very stage. Give it up for the one, the only...

Space Orange Sport Loop!

There is no amount of photo manipulation that can do this orange justice. It punches like no other. An orange completely in its own level.

(Orange, Hermès, Vitamin C, & Papaya.)

This band features a checkered pattern underneath the dark blue, almost purple breathable fibers which is similar in style to Spring/Summer 2019’s sport loops, yet the band in question is dated 2017 or earlier due to its 42mm badge and lack of a serial number. View attachment 1709235

I am beyond happy to have received this one-of-a-kind sport loop, which makes history with being the first and only *known* prototype sport loop to have been found.View attachment 1709236

(even out of the sun, that orange pops!)

Thanks for taking comparison pictures like that of bands that are similar; it really helps a lot of people like me who want to see the difference between different shades

I just had to share this. Someone on eBay was advertising "Apple Watch Sport band 42 44mm authentic.":

They looked like a couple of bands I might be interested in, so I asked the seller:
Can you send a picture of the backs of each band? Thx

They replied with photos of clearly generic bands, so I replied:
Ok, these are not authentic Apple/Nike bands I see. Thanks.

To which they replied:
They actually are, I didn’t claim they were authentic Nike I just said sports bands

Followed by me asking:
What does "authentic" mean in your listing?

And their retort:
Means they’re authentic sports bands, do you see the word Nike listed anywhere on my post?

So, if any of you are look for authentic sport bands, this is your guy! 🤦‍♂️

LOL. I assume the same thing happens in the US - there was (maybe still is) a trend for clothing to have "Authentic" printed on it here, and it's literally meaningless unless it specifies what is authentic. I agree the skit above shows the seller is being disingenuous, but also they have a point the way it's used these days.

30 Rock fans will never forget season five, episode seven “Brooklyn Without Limits” and these seemingly ethical jeans that were not lying but were not quite what they said they were:

Just add to new band to my collection : Mist blue and walnut. Mist blue is a really great color and the iPhone don’t do it justice imo 😍.

btw when i joined this thread I had like 15 bands, now I’m at 36 and still have 3 pending, and my boyfriend is freaking out 😅
Oh I hear ya! My boyfriend is always asking me why do I have so many of the “same” colors?! They are not the same! 😁

Also got a mint condition boxed mint band but unsure and might sell but here’s to kumquat

At first my boyfriend just shook his head, but now he is starting to acquire more bands (I do all the looking for him, and point out ones I think he might like), so now he is going to quickly outgrow his organizer that he originally said he would never fill. He is starting to get the idea that it's fun to change bands and have different colors for different days/occasions/moods/etc.
