The two grays are at least a shade apart. What is the difference?
I would guess either QC issues resulting in differences in batches, or the more likely reason, one's just used a lot more than the other. They're both black pins though, and to my knowledge the only dark gray 38/42 band with a black pin was Gray.
Well.... you are still king of the mindful minute stuff..... have had zero luck in trying to hunt up one of those blankets.....
What's your ceiling for price? I'll let you know if I find one at or under.
I don't even use mine, since I got it like new its still soft, which I don't want to ruin.

Lots of nice snow here in Austin too! Got over an inch, though it’s already starting to melt. Plum seemed to be the best fit.

The most recent „White“ is actually darker than Soft White, more like a very light grey.
Actually, I don‘t know if there is maybe another new „White“ this season. I got the „White“ Solo Loop and it is basically the same as „Soft White“. If the now available Sport Band is the same, that would be a new G3 „White“ that is darker than the super-white G1 but lighter than the almost-grey G2.
I started about the same time as you did. Mine is not as big as yours but it is growing.
I think it's because of the lighting. Here's another picture of it in a better lighting scenario
