My Grapefruit slides in and out ok, but my Nike Pride 2020 band is almost impossible. On the other hand, my Plum slides into the tracks easier than any band I've ever owned.

SB of course is Sport Band, but my abbreviation/nickname on so many forums over so many years is SB (SisterBlue) that I have to retrain my brain here to not think it's referring to me.....
My plum is like an old used band, maybe about to shine at any moment. Like my Rose Red, and ultra Violet. I can’t tell if they came that way, or they are just like that after awhile 🤔

So nice!! 😍 I hated the dark, thick, velvet-less Cyprus green SB. I wouldn’t mind it in a solo loop though.
I think I want a surf blue? I think because having a brand new gen1 blue.. in my mind they are the same color. But I really don’t know. This is the kind of price range I’d go for though.
I think Deep Navy is very much the worst, so don’t let it put you off Cyprus, @harrywatson
My Deep Navy somehow feels like it’s been heat damaged to me, but I’ve worn it quite a bit as it’s so much nicer than Midnight, and dark blue is such a versatile colour, and it doesn’t seem to be shining up like I worried it would. Obsidian is way worse if you have that.
Cyprus and Plum are only marginally different to the lighter colours to my thinking

Agreed, but I mean Obsidian / Black, not Obsidian Mist / Black. Obsidian is a rich, dark blue.
No rose red and uv does this that’s why I sold them it’s strange how some colours do it

And the Blue 2 / Blue 1 / Surf comparison. I really struggled with this though it was ProRAW so I could edit. I think I need to re-buy a Lightroom subscription because Apples RAW editing tools on iOS are next to useless and even the Mac is pretty bad.
IRL the differences are more pronounced, but this (sort of) captures the tonal differences.
And lastly, just because I can and I think it look haaawt, the band not of today, but of a couple of minutes as I’m not going to use it 🙂

Another update for you all. After getting a refund and agreeing to send back, I wasn’t able to get to the post office today.
So I took a gamble and offered the seller £25 for me to keep it. It already owes him listing fees for the original auction and added to that will be the cost of me posting it back and him listing again.
He agreed. I’m much happier with its condition for that price (as it’s a duplicate anyway) so I’ll steam clean it and maybe use it for workouts...or leave it unworn in the drawer 🙈
So I guess it’s gone from a slightly disappointing auction win to an official yoink?!

Mine was local from utah, it had a 100 starting bid and 200 to buy now. I don’t think the posting was on very long. Immediately bought it as soon as i got confirmation that nothing was wrong. Paid around 220 incl tax&shipping. Cheaper than the S2s i saw listed on ebay
The S3 is still a current model, so definitely worth buying (way more so than the S2 IMO). Bear in mind however that the S3 is a lot slower than the S4 / S5, that it doesn't get any of the new faces from WacthOS 7 other than Artist (and several from OS 5 and 6 also - basically most of the faces since then (maybe all other than Artist in fact) as they need the bigger display of the S4 and later). Of course the screen is smaller - usable area by quite a bit. Lastly if you're used to an S5 is doesn't have AOD.
It came in white and gray, there hasn't ever been a black. It came with a unique band with a matching ceramic pin and contrast inside colour (that can't be seen when wearing it), and the fancy Apple charging dock that is available separately for too much money.
I see lots of S3s (and even S2s) in ceramic for way too much money. I paid around US$400 for my gray one in perfect condition (though the band has shiny areas on the inside) and with all the original pack-ins, delivered to me in NZ, but shipping always bumps up overseas purchases for me, even from Australia as this one was. Others can tell you what is a good price better than I can
