This makes me wish I had gotten titanium, but was not in my budget unfortunately.

A very Slytherin look.... (adds cyprus green to must-purchase list)
The $300ish eBay impulse purchase is the most fun one, for sure, just like my gray ceramic. We’ll see if I live to regret it being an s5. 100% battery health and surprise AppleCare+ making it easy to love. The subtle warmth of each Ti model rewards the knowing watchaholic.

I will keep that in mind perhaps for my next one. My s6 from last September is my first watch, and I plan to use it till I kill it.

I agree in principle (that lighter bands match the Aluminum Watch better) but maybe your Solo Loops are just the wrong size, i.e. not snug enough. Because if they are perfectly sized and snug you don‘t feel the weight of the Steel as much anymore as the Watch body can‘t really move.
Hmmm they are snug enough. I guess it's just me getting used to the thinner band and the heavier watch. I'll try again ;)

Anyone thoughts on khaki ? I think it might look great with white ceramic?
This and coastal gray are goals but coastal gray is hard to find
Khaki and coastal grey are just amazing bands.

Just bought a apparently only worn a few times Khaki band. Hopefully it has no shine.
I wear my khaki on a regular basis (I have a matching coat). It does not shine.

Glad it’s not just me who does that 😅
Ummm no. 😇

Btw, what watch face is that?
Typograph rounded.

Please excuse the artificial light but I was too excited not to post this.

A gift from a very good friend who is selling her S2 Hermes and just gave this band to me. She never wore it because it's too big for her wrist. I'm lucky it just fits on the very last hole!

Just since I’m curious: Am I the only one here or are their other people around who prefer the look and feel of the space grey aluminum over the Graphit stainless steel watch? I know probably a very unpopular opinion...

Anyways, let’s not let our slightly off-topic conversation allow us to overlook the fact that the thread has reached 800 pages!

Here is my Space Black Stainless Steel Series 5 (which proceeds my SBSS S4 that I sold a few months ago to find a S5 variant.)

((On a SBSS Link Bracelet, of course.))

It truly is a beautiful case material, at least in my opinion.

I’m absolutely grateful I’ve found this forum, and contributed to it’s now 800 pages. It’s grown into a community rather than a simple thread about bands, and I’m glad to be a part of it. Here’s to another 800 pages by December!

Damn... it’s different enough from my Graphite to make me want one...

I can get a blue horizon for $47 CAD (I've not found many deals up here that are the same in the US), but I did a search on the forum to see it in 'real life' photos and someone showed it against ocean and Alaska. So now I want one of those instead because it's a slightly better shade of blue to me.

What have you lot done. Add me to the 'my wife will kill me soon' list.

So a question, why would a sport loop be longer than other sport loops? It feels like it’s been washed. Or is this normal after being heavily used?View attachment 1718443
They don’t shrink in the wash or from use. If you put all your loops next to eachother you’ll find they’re almost randomly cut. I think the employees/machines just guess the size without working off a specific size sheet.
