Slightly annoying as the band was £389 and it only came with the S/M piece...but handy as that’s my size!

Oh, and of course it also came with a Ceramic S5! Which appears flawless, aside from a couple small marks on the underside that are probably from resting on a charger. Screen appears perfect and it’s all setup on my Apple account, which tells me it is in warranty until Jan 2022!

Downsides? It has 100% battery health which may or may not indicate the battery has been replaced (but Amazon Renewed guarantees a battery health of at least 80%. That may rule out a change as it wouldn’t have degraded much over the year, so it may just not have been used much?!).

Also, it came in a plain box, wrapped in a felt pouch with just a standard white puck charger (which may or may not be Apple).

So it appears, so far, that for £389 I may have found the Yoink of the year! Assuming you can live without the original box and the M/L band piece missing, which I think I can!

Still can’t quite believe it to be honest, best band purchase I ever made 😳😅

What a fantastic outcome - congrats, enjoy it!! Seems 389 pounds is about $530 USD....what a screaming yoink!

If the band wobbles, you might be able to get a replacement from Apple by claiming it’s defective. When I got my replacement band, the rep hinted that they would have replaced it for free if it was defective (as opposed to just missing).

Be sure your 2-year warranty activates too. You’ll need to register for that, and Apple may ask for a copy of the receipt.

I went through all this a while ago and posted on it here if you want to go back and look.
