The other way around I think, silver pin was Gen 1 only. I was just realizing this yesterday. Because the silver SS started only shipping with white or soft white sport bands eventually.

42mm is Gen 1. They rebooted black, white, midnight, stone, sand with the series 4. I’m not often a part number guy but you can check that too.
