I have these ones on order for now. I like the Tomales Blue color but am not sold on Solo Loops. They’re OK but I prefer the OG Sport Band. I have my eye on a couple of others but want to see some photos from @twanj first. 😂

Another new addition, this time an eBay find and my first Braided! I like the band but I'm still not sold at $99. (If it came in Rainbow, no doubt I would order it or if they were $79). I should have looked for a size down. My Silicone Solo Loop was size 8 and is perfect. The Apple size thing-a-majigger said Size 8. Like dead center, size 8, measuring right where I wear my watch. I even took the measurement of my wrist and input it to Apple.com and got... Size 8. It just seems a little big and slips out of place easily. It also sits a bit lower than I normally wear my watch but it is still comfortable. Oh well, as long as it still reads my pulse this is going to be a 'dress' band for me. I do love the Charcoal though.

While I’ve justified my September mistake purchase of a size 8 as my “breathable” sleep band, I would recommend you get a size 7 going forward. Also I would be curious to see the length compared to your solo loop. We got a few braids on PoshBay that are clearly stretched out to .5 past the listed size. The braids seem infinitely more sensitive to stretching than the solo loops.

The Phoenix Suns are in the playoffs the first time in 11 years and I was really looking forward to the Amethyst sport band paired with Clementine. boo
It gives me a headache to think about this splintered new world of colors. Deep Violet v. Amethyst, which silicone iPhone case becomes a sport band, which becomes a solo loop. Will there be summer $99 bands?

I think it would have been easier having no leaks, although those did really get us through this extra month of waiting.

I agree. I have yet to see a sealed 44mm plum sport band on eBay, but I have seen the others. Hoping to score some good deals on the discontinued ones.
I’ve found it’s quite rare to find a 40mm new Plum band on eBay and have been watching for months. I got lucky last night and managed to get a brand new one for £15 after a seller accepted my offer.

Update: Both the chart and the app have been updated to reflect yesterday's release.

All new styles and colors have been added to the app. We also summarized all 27 bands released yesterday into a curated collection. * You can scroll through more than 460 with the newly updated chart, and get inspired what to wear next. * Both the app and the PDF are freely available to download at http://bandbreite.watch

Everyone friggin’ tip the man!

Hi everybody! Haven't visited in a while.

I still can't make up my mind about the new bands. I like Pistachio solo, Mallard green SB, Chlorine and Hasta Nike SB and the Chalk LeLi. I never had a leather link before, I've been wanting the Baltic blue one since they appeared last year with the iPhone 12 family. I finally ordered one today. I will probably order some of the new bands I like, but not sure yet when.

In the meantime, I decided to revisit all my old bands from back in the day when I had only a handful of 'em. Starting with a rarely-worn Scuba blue woven nylon

I actually just compared it to my two other Solo Loops (silicone) and they're dead-on the same. I'll post a picture later when I'm able to but they're basically identical length wise.

Well that’s a relief. Just your description and photo look like exactly my situation. Titanium is good though, better weight balance than steel.

But I will say even my 44mm red braid I got from apple myself feels “bigger” than my various 40mm size 7 braids by virtue of all the proportionality. I would guess a size 9-10 wrist, the 44mm watch does less dragging of the loop towards the hand. 42mm was just so perfect on my wrist, not that 40mm is that different.

Can’t wait to try on a size 6 44mm braid just to experiment. Two weeks I’ll be store-ready!
