If your pictures are accurate reflections of the Cantaloupe, than your solo loop is "lighter in color" and "more pastel" than the sport band I own. My 12 pro max cannot accurately photograph the Cantaloupe color at all. Yeah, yours does look better. Having said that, thank you for opening up my heart about embracing an orange.
I’m on the record as a known lover of neon and fleshy bands, this life can be yours too! But yeah I actually convinced myself either of the bands in your picture from yesterday could be Cantaloupe but I’m guessing the one out of box was pink sand?

heh, I'm actually trying to collect all of the super neon bands---what do you think are the best? (original green, flash, vitamin c, chlorine, obviously... what else?)

Haha. You should put that in your signature: "Lover of neon and fleshy bands". It's catchy and cool.
Yes, you guessed right. I only have Pink Sand, and tried to capture both in the same photos. I guess I was looking for Pink Sand's sister in orange and was surprised.

Out of your vast collection, how often do you rotate and if you could only pick three, which would be your favorites?

Get the newest Cantaloupe. Check my previous posts for all the pics. It's a pale peach color with neon.

Yeah the “the future method” was seriously inadvisable at least on a steel watch. The solo loop can’t handle the torquing with that heft imbalance.

That is not really a clear answer to the question posed. Did you actually damage a Solo Loop using this method? Or do you just feel the Solo Loop is too stressed this way?

It chewed up the connector area pretty good, trying to get it in while pulled taut around the wrist. Ditto pulling it out. That first/last moment when the band is mostly hanging off the watch but its corner twists and gets “bitten” by the edge of the watch.

I see what you mean. That‘s why I stretch the Solo just a little bit while connecting and disconnecting. I guess I‘ll be even more careful now, though.

OK. I have to be brutally honest in my review of the Cantaloupe sport band. Sorry, but I'm going to have to return it.

I don't know how to wear it everyday since it's not a very flattering color at all. Too much orange, with a hint of neon, yes, it can mean hot/ sweaty months, but I fail to see any reference to cantaloupes. Instead, it looks more like a strange band-aid color.

Bottomline, too much Burnt Sienna, too much Yellow Ochre. Then add in a little bit of neon. The mix is just not right. I can't even describe it properly. So unless you've seen it in person, you love it, and can think of occasions to wear it, stay away.

Yet I bought it anyway to compare with peach, flamingo and vintage rose for example. If it goes with nothing else you might try with black. “Colour you cantaloupe and black, colour me taken aback… crucial!” as Prince almost sang. ;-)

I don't know if this is the right category .. But I've often wondered if you would give used bracelets a chance? Here is one that I got for only one euro (plus ohne Euro shipping) on eBay. Terribly dirty, greasy, discolored ... And that's what it looked like after only ten minute (and it could be even better) . So give those poor troubled bands a chance for a second life ☺️😁

Here is pic with names! Not shown... Pacific Green, which I'm wearing. I'm a swimmer so my preference is the sport bands. Also prefer adjustable since I wear it more snugly when in pool or biking.

Truly LOVE this thread. Have learned so much about style and how to wear everyday without bringing too much attention to the watch. I have the Series 5 Titanium, which is ideal for me as its lightweight but durable.

What did you use to clean it?
