Spruce fog? Stretching the parameters a little…vitamin c? Until recently there was a seller with a ton of spruce fog loops for around half off retail but it looks like you’d have to slightly overpay Chargie now. Actually here’s one NIB for $40 obo

Green is my favorite color and while pistachio is similar to previous releases I would have liked to get it in the sport band. (I'm only weird about the color green, I swear 😝)

I bought the pistachio silicone case for my 12 Pro Max pacific blue, and here it is compared to (top to bottom): mint, spearmint, and pine green sport bands. Awesome summer color IMO.

leather link has really grown on me, this past year. Your photo shows it really well, the ‘wrinkles’ of the leather (which the Leather Loop doesn’t have) actually adds to it looking premium I think

Agree that the Leather Loop and Modern Buckles are likely done come the S7. The lack of new Nike sport loops is...concerning?

Sorry to quote something from a few weeks back, but yes, I still think as a reasonable prediction, Leather Loop and Modern Buckle are indeed on their way to being retired when the S7 comes out with that seasons overhaul of Watch Bands. Or at most, they’ll only be retained for the 3 ‘standard’ Apple colours of Saddle Brown, Black and Midnight Blue. I haven’t seen a single Modern Buckle on someone else’s wrist out there in the wild and thats probably thanks to the sky high price and the visual incompatibility (lugs) with anything that isn’t SS. Leather Loop I’ve seen several people wear.

But I also would think that something, maybe another new style of leather band, would replace these the Buckle and Loop? I can’t see them selling Leather Link as the sole first party Leather option for some reason. Maybe a new Buckle style.

Obviously this is all speculation at this point but yeah it is very telling that for the first time the Loop and Buckle didn’t get a single new colour in what’s the biggest Watch Band refresh of the year (besides Fall)

If Leather Loop & Nike Sport Loop are indeed coming to an end, my annual AW-related spending is going to drop drastically. That being said.. if Hermès starts to bring out more SBSS-based options, that'll surely bring it right back up.

While I know we've seen some decent visioning of what it could look like as a Sport Band / Nike Sport Band, we must not forget what we've seen so far: They did 1 (publicly available) Nylon, 1 Sport Loop, 1 Sport Band, and 1 Nike Sport Band. With this in mind, should we be anticipating Pride to arrive in a new (to itself) form factor?

While I'd love it.. I must say, I doubt it. I'd sooner expect what I figured you would say yourself: Pride Solo Loop.
