Already ordered the Pride Braided Solo. I have taken to calling it the Pride-Unity Braided Solo Loop. I love the colors, I love the message. It grew on me very quickly. Can't wait to get it.

The Nike looks like those cheap Sport Loop knock offs of the 2018 Pride Woven Nylon. No thanks.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

To be fair.. They didn't do an "Apple" Sport Loop -- they did a "Nike" Sport Loop ;) So, still technically true to the 1-per-format unwritten rule for publicly available pride bands. Will be interesting to see if Unity seems the same treatment when its (potential) turn comes up.

I really like the new Pride Braided Solo and have ordered it as well. As for the Nike, I need to see it for real before I make up my mind but based on the photos only I don't really like it.
Description from 9to5 mac

The Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop artfully weaves together the original rainbow colors with those drawn from various Pride flags to represent the breadth of diversity among LGBTQ+ experiences and the history of a movement that has spanned generations. Black and brown symbolize Black and Latinx communities, in addition to those who have passed away from or are living with HIV/AIDS, while light blue, pink, and white represent transgender and nonbinary individuals.
I like that, even though I can understand that especially non-US LGBTQ+ communities might not really adhere to the idea of a multicolored flag (a gay friend who is into Apple Watches does not like it because for her it's not a true Pride flag).

Ordered the Pride Braided Solo Loop. Like it more with the colors from Last Years. Could be easyer to put it out Next Year.

I ordered the two new Pride bands. I’ve gotten the pride bands for every year since I bought my Apple Watch. It’ll also be my first Braided, so hopefully I got the right size. Can’t say they are my favourite pride designs, though. With this many colours in that pattern, it doesn’t read Pride immediately.

Don’t leave it to chance!

For me the chart is absolutely correct! I wear my sport bands S/M with the pin in the 4th hole and my loop size is indeed a size 6.
This is the first time I’ve looked at these since the fall when John Gruber produced them and the 44mm is spot on, but the 40mm sends me into analysis paralysis because I’m a hole-2, which doesn’t line up perfectly with size 7 like on the 44mm and then i spiral trying to parse the chart’s line versus circle.

But 7 is very snug on 40mm, moreso than 44mm, so this method isn’t perfect. But it’s certainly better than Apple’s. You have to pull the paper much tighter around your wrist than the instructions make it seem.

Chart didn't work for me, for the record. Most often sitting at pin 4 on M/L, which would be 9. My 9 is too loose, so much so that the watch spins a little on the wrist. Going with 8 for Pride, hoping that it'll give a nice balance.

I get that YouTubers are under pressure to always be posting, but I feel like he took the sizzle out of these videos by not uploading asap. Once I see the new bands posted by the beautiful citizens of Every™…I’m pretty set.
I agree I feel this forum is usually the first place you should go to see new bands in actual lighting. It is always fun to see the new band as they come out here as well as the wonderful bands we have missed out on. Also what is with the Sunflower Loop? Delivery is unavailable for that one. (Along with Chalk as well). I suppose out the gate those ones are harder to produce to keep up with demand. Sad to see that unavailable notice on just released bands. Hope that doesn't happen to the pride bands. Having no way to get them unless you are at the Apple store which may or may not be open to the public (if you are lucky to have on in your city) is inconvenient. At least that is what I am seeing on the Canadian Apple site. not sure if it is the same in the US?

Based on that chart I'd be a 6 and yet I'm a (slightly loose) 5 ! So if I were to get a 6, it would be way too big for me. According to Apple's tool I'm a 5. Which means that as far as I'm concerned, the Apple tool is more precise.

🤷‍♀️
