I ordered the Series 7 in Midnight (which will be my first Apple Watch 
). From the official picutures I got the impression that midnight could have a slight dark blue tint in it. As I want a darkblue sport band I was wondering if the Sport band in midnight also has this dark blue tint or not. I am afraid that Abyss blue might be too bright for me. Does anyone already has one or both bands and can say something about this?

Midnight:
Midnight has undeniable blue/indigo undertones has shown here and compared next to the Black Leather Link on the left.
In my opinion - I may actually think that the Midnight is ‘better’ than standard Black. It gives it a bit of colour while still being close enough to black, and most certainly in some lighting conditions, it can still pass as black. May consider buying.
Golden Brown (in between California Poppy and Saddle Brown):
Sorry, unlike Midnight and Black, I’m not in favour of Golden Brown. It’s clear its trying to be both California Poppy and Saddle Brown in one, but I’d say it leans too much more towards California Poppy - and Saddle Brown meanwhile is gone and replaced with this. Sure am glad I got myself a Saddle Brown leather link while I could, but a pity you can’t get Saddle Brown for the Sierra Blue iPhone.
Dark Cherry:
Woww, this one looks good! Looks like a lot more like a richer purple (like iPhone 12’s Deep Violet leather case), but is it just me or is the leather link colour different from the iPhone case? Rich purple is great and I definitely prefer the Leather Links colour, I’ve seen on other iPhone case pics it looks too red/maroon for my liking.
Sequoia Green:
Also looks great, looks like a green version of the successful Baltic Blue from last year.
Overall, after an underwhelming Spring release of just Chalk (white), definitely impressed with the new leather links and look forward to whatever lighter colours we get next Spring
Dark Cherry Braided Solo Loop on S5 Titanium
That looks like the 44mm size to me. All the braided bands don’t quite fill the lug channel. That’s just how they are. It’s much more noticeable in pictures than in real life though.
picked up on the weekend a new band clover (green) 42mm apple watch s4
My latest take is that the braids are sized to look right looking at the watch dead on.
The little bit of yarn that hangs over the lug is never going to expand to fill the channel but out of the box it does seem to hang over enough so that (looking straight on) it curves out to meet the corner of the watch case.
Still we will never forgive Apple for the CGI of the thing sitting snug in the channel.
Starlight solo (lowered exposure to make the band accurate)
Another band which looks better in pictures than in real life, Nike Black (Reflective). Back to daily duty after I started liking Black Swoosh way too much... Definitely not my favorite band but I quite like it with pride color face.
I feel like Starlight should have some shimmer in it or something.
Would it be possible for you to maybe take a picture of your Starlight Band with other white / whitish ones? I ordered the AW7 Starlight but with a Clover band. Unfortunately I have not yet found a comparison whether the Starlight Band is worthwhile if you already own most of the other white ones.
Any Stone vs Starlight SB comparison please? They look quite similar online.
For "abyss" that looks rather bright. Was thinking of getting one for my (eventual) S8 Gold Stainless Steel, but I was hoping it was darker. Still, I like it, overall.

For sure Dark Olive! Fall 2017 alongside the series 3 which was released then as well.
