iPhone Facebook Notifications

Hello. I'm having issues with notifications on my iPhone 6 with Facebook Notifications. Whatever I try, I can't get the actual notification to show, whether it be on the lock screen or as a pop-up when I'm using the phone. All I get is the red badge icon telling me how many notifications I have.

I've tried the usual, checked my notification settings on Facebook, checked them in the iPhone settings too, all should be fine. But no joy.

Anyone got any ideas?

I have the same problem. The only time I get notifications from Facebook is when I am tagged in a post. Other than that, i dont get any notifications whatsoever. Its rather annoying.

Reviving a realllllly old thread. I hardly ever use Facebook anymore so I haven't noticed this much over the years, but for some reason I am having the problem described here. I can only get Facebook to display the badge icon, nothing on the Lock Screen or Notification Center. Is there some setting I'm missing? I have all notification stuff for Facebook turned on. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
