Took from 6:30AM PT to 4:15PM PT to get the order completed. What a pain.

Hope it arrives on the 24th. Now I'll have to hang out at home since it forced me to ship to home address.

Is the shipping carrier FedEx?

I had to cancel my order and start over so I can get one for my mother.

How can you purchase two phones exactly? It tells me at the end that something went wrong and I can reserve one at the store which I'm okay with but I need TWO phones and it only lets you reserve one. I need a 32 and 16gb.

So do you go through the process for the first phone and then it asks about the second?

It took all day but I am finally in. I don't know if it matters but I started closing the browser after each try and stopped getting session timeouts. It still took a couple hours after that though lol

They must have fixed something, I just got my 2 ordered after trying all day. It also seems that other people have been having greater success in the last hour or so. The only problem now is that I cant view my order status on Apple, keeps giving me an error(cant connect to application instance). My card has been charged and I am hoping everything is ok.

Well not so much refreshing as entering the same info in all day.

It appears to me that if you get past the "Checking AT&T for eligibility" screen and then select "Buy" with the displayed price you'll probably get to the "Pick a data plan" page. From there I've been getting a "Processing information" page that fails and takes me to a page that has the option of picking up the phone at a local Apple retail store. But there are links on the right side of the page below the phone to change the data plan and change the texting plan. I click "Change data plan", and leave the data plan unchanged and hit the Continue button. Then it takes me back to a "Processing information" page - hopefully it will eventually succeed. That saves the step of restarting and re-entering the phone number and checking eligibility with AT&T.

You must place an order for each mobile number. If you can manage to get both phones into the same cart, great. But I had more luck -- albeit a daylong endeavor -- with two separate orders.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 iP4's ordered! i'm going to have a beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*does happy dance*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finally got mine in! though, now it wont let me get back in to change the shipping address.

He shoots...... HE SCORES!!!!!!!! GOT ONE! But they only ship to my house. Wonder if there is a way around that

yep.... that's what i had to do both (this year and last year!) order one... then go back for the 2nd number!

Got past the "Checking AT&T" page several times only to crash on the Apple order pages. But finally got through and got it ordered. Good luck to those still battling on.

Should go through, took a few minutes on that last page... I was just thrilled to get past the eligibility screen for the first time first 5 am.

If that process finally succeeds then it will put the phone in your cart. You can then start over and select "Preorder iPhone" again to get a second phone added to your cart...at least that's what I'm trying to do.

Okay so I order the first phone as a family line or individual? Then I place an order for the second as a current customer, individual or family plan?

OMFG FINALLY!!!

IT FINALLY WENT THROUGH!!!

My damn shipping address was wrong though! But i was NOT going to risk having to go through that whole ordeal again, so i decided to just order it and call Apple tomorrow and tell them that i noticed my shipping address from at&t was wrong.

I hear you. Hopefully it will go through but I'm on about minute 20 of "changing" the data plan, clicking Continue and waiting for success. So far no joy but I'll keep trying.

Mission Complete!

Just completed my order. I've been trying since this morning. Looking forward to the 24th. :)
