I switched to Sprint for the iPhone 7 launch promotion. They are the most unorganized company ever. I went through an ordeal buying a iPad Pro with them after that.
I’m sacrificing poor customer service and crappy data speeds for discounts on apple products. I’m not much longer with them either. IUP for me on this X launch.

Yea, thanks for the update Apple but no thanks to UPS giving no updates on their end. Fingers crossed, a lot of updates happen today with the location of the IPX’s.
Also received shipment notice and it says “Shipped” in the Apple store app.
There’s a Louisville arrival scan on UPS too.

Received my “Shipped” email from Apple this morning for my iPhone X. And my trade in kit is “preparing for shipment”. No Louiseville Scan update on UPS yet.

UPS is tired of people calling about their iPhones. They have an automated message now about it. It’s too funny. Luckily I wasn’t calling about my iPhone but still got that message about it.

Same flight, same status. Maybe they just forgot to scan our pallet when it got to Louisville? Not very hopeful for a Nov 3 delivery...

Order shipped on Apple's site. Still showing that it departed Alaska on Tuesday. I'm not worried, it is like this every year. Excited to get a new toy tomorrow.
Hope everyone else get the same message, well for those that are schedule to receive their iPhone X tomorrow. And everyone else gets theirs shipped out sooner than their date.
I also received an email that I'm getting a box to ship my current iPhone 7 Plus back. I'm in the IUP.

Somewhere near Anchorage, that Moose is wearing an Apple Watch Series 3, AirPods, using my new iPhone X to call his moose buddies, and is checking out the internet on a MacBook Pro.
The moose is still waiting for shipping notification from Apple though. He was pissed the new iMac Pro in Space Grey wasn't available for him to pilfer since it hadn't been released yet.

If they gave people accurate shipping information instead of lying about custom's putting shipments on hold instead of Apple embargo for release - customers would not have to call and bug them at all. I probably was over obsessive this time around - just because i didn't want to wait 3 to 6 months for the iPX.

How long are the lines? I used to always go to an Apple Store and wait for hours and hours to get the latest release on launch day. Pretty festive, you meet lots of different, cool people. Almost did it for this launch but for the lack of phones available at retail outlets. From the picture you linked that does look crazy. Tim Cook better provide donuts!

Just for giggles I called UPS & heard the message about "if you are calling about an Apple product, call Apple at" ...
Too funny.
Here’s the flight that I think my baby was on and the latest with UPS.
There was a flight from Louisville to my airport overnight but, still no scans telling me it made the trip.

Never ordered anything from Apple.com, but had to pre-order the X and am scheduled to get it on November 3rd! I am in the same boat as some of you, my last shipping update was Departed Anchorage at 4:30 on October 31st. Apple sent me a shipping email this morning saying I will receive my phone on Friday. UPS says Friday. My suggestion is that all of our stuff is being held by customs, wasn't scanned, or is already near our locations. Hopefully we get this by FRIDAY!
