Clearly and obviously not an Iphone, its a droid wanna be knock off. Just look at the menu system when he/she shows the "camera roll" and also since when did the button change to take a picture to "Ok". I have ran the new IOS10 and none of those features or looks are correct.

From the article...

The smartphone appears to be running Apple's internal testing software SwitchBoard, rather than a public version of iOS.

Anyone think that this iPhone will not be called iPhone 7? iPhone 6SU should be its name. U stands for upgrade

Thank you apple for making me love my 6S even more.

No way. They need some way to sell this trash.

It will be marketed as a 7.

They make cases for people who want thick phones that last 2 days.
What the hell are you talking about some 7.6 mm or 7.7 mm overall thickness will hide this bump, same as iPhone 5s or SE and i don't think they are thick phones:)

I just want a blue iPhone...
And you would still want one if it looked like this?

(TBH I don't mind the antenna bands)

Removing the ubiquitous 3.5mm jack used in laptops, desktops, automobiles, stereos, music players, tablets, mobile phones, even airline in-seat audio jacks, is a travesty. Millions of iPhone users have invested good money in high end headphones and/or earbuds that use the 3.5mm standard, now those consumers are screwed.

You are going to use an adapter, no one from Apple is going to come to your house and seize your old headphones.

While I am sure the hate will continue to roll in, I think the back of the phone - with the larger camera and modified antenna bands - looks far more attractive than the 6 or 6S. (I maintain, however, that I am currently considering a Nexus for my next phone more seriously than any year previously.)

Also, my vague impression is that the home button appears not to be touch-sensitive. I may be wrong.
The current home buttons are touch sensitive but you wouldn't be able to tell. I assume you mean a 3d/Force Touch home button, in which case you wouldn't be able to tell either unless the video showed the person pressing it or if it is flush as some rumors may suggest.

Give over. Are you still annoyed that your CD's wont play on iPhone?

Its technology, moving forward.

A big hole in a phone doesn't make them very waterproof.

Oooo Apple Fan Boy alert!

Take your attitude elsewhere.

Thank you so much for that sage advice, I was genuinely concerned Apple was going to seize my old headphones. I feel so much better now.

A phone the thickness of an iPhone 4/4s or 5/5s and the size of a 6/6+ would be unpleasant to hold, especially in a case.

If you don't believe me, I suggest trying to pick up one of those phones after using a 6/6s. The difference is actually jarring.
No the iPhone 5 thickness would be manageable with the size of the larger iPhones.

Reading helps.

It's running switchboard

I was hoping this wasn't going to be true (And maybe it's still not.) But if this is the next iPhone, I'm going to switch the the Samsung S7 Edge.

I've had every iPhone since the first one, and hate how boring the design has become, especially since this one in the video will be third year in a row the phone has looked like this (and likely 4 years when they do the S model.)

I'll come back to Apple when the design is great again.

People seriously considering not upgrading because this is not a design overhaul?
Guess what, I don't mind, as much as I don't mind Mac's design being the same for years if the design is good. Granted 6 and 6s design was one of the worst of the iPhone lineup, but I actually like the tweaks they made on the iPhone 7.
The camera protrudes but it does not feel constrained anymore between the antenna bands and, most importantly, follows the corner radius of the iphone structure. Once you realize that this does not happen in the 6 / 6s you'll get some serious OCD about it, trust me. The antenna bands got reduced as well.

As long as Apple introduces more performance, better battery life, better camera, some cool new features design leaks can't leak, and of course, a reasonable way to use headphones and earplugs, I would call it a good upgrade.

Fugly protruding camera even worse than iPhone 6 so unpleasant :(:(. All my hopes are on the anniversary iPhone. Apple please don't disappoint us anymore after this
Hopefully not but then again, iPhone 7 rumors said that it would be flush at first. It is even more likely if they go thinner although it should be among their main priorities for the 2017 iPhone.
