Prepare for yet another disappointing WWDC.

I remember the good ol, "one more thing" days where there was actually awesome releases not just incremental improvements (new color smart covers, that cost double with no premium leather available, is an example)

Maybe I need to lower my expectations.

Or maybe try to have a positive outlook on it. The developer conference is primarily about the developers. It's not necessarily about new product releases, as it is much about the developers and the demos of watchOS/macOS iOS. I find it more interesting to see what new versions of OS have over hardware at times.

I'm a little worried that iOS 11 will be light on improvements this year. I mean they have a lot to show with iOS 11, Mac OS, WatchOS, new macs, new iPads and this new Siri speaker. Maybe they'll just move quickly but it's kinda got me a little concerned that iOS 11 may be a small upgrade

Can't wait for the "11" banner! Though last year there wasn't a "10" one.

Great, that is the event where they call the decelopers from all over the world in to announce the speed bump of the notebooks and new colors for watch bands.

I can't wait.

This I wish for this year (A repeat since Steve Jobs gave up on Apple)
• Focus on the Pro Community
• Bring back Aperture for Photographers with some much needed love and attention
• Bring back serious Video Editing (a rebirth would be nice)
• Bring back Pro Solution Computers
• New Line of : MacPro, MacMini, iMac
• New line of MacPro, MacMini Pro, iMac Pro
• New Note Book lowest price for Education
• A stronger, more open and serious MacOS, and iOS.

(EDITED: I had to add DARK mode in iOS 11 because this I have actually needed for a while..)
Every year I've wished for this... and every year I won't get the above mentioned in anyway.

Instead of focus on colours and thinness over usefulness, maybe we'd have a little bit of Apple back from the Golden Age of what it used to be... I'm not holding my breath though. My wish is almost a decade old, I don't think much will change
towards what Apple once was.

But I know Tim Cook will be President one day... We got Trump, why wouldn't this happen when clearly Tim working his way up the food chain.

Is there anything you would like Apple to do differently? Or something you've missed? What are YOU excited about and why?

You're all incorrect. The view represents the launch of iDrone. It will use Siri Speaker to grab items from Starbucks, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. They will be delivered to your Apple Assigned GPS Tracks. iDrone will be available on the App Store June 5th. In App Purchases will feature the ability to shop additional locations ($1.99 per Apple Assigned GPS Track.) Apple will keep your shopping lists encrypted in iCloud for an additional (3m Trial) of 100g for $.99. :apple:

I expect nothing, so I won't be disappointed.

*Hoping for Mac mini with upgradable RAM/storage at a reasonable price*

Looks like maybe more continuity because the banner has a bunch of people working together with their devices.

I want to know what the guy in the light orange is holding. It looks like a book, but why a book? Doesn't look like a notebook because there's no darker keyboard. Wouldn't it be cool to be a folded tablet?

WWDC 2017 in a nutshell:

Apple will release under-specd, under-powered and over-priced laptops once again. They'll be praised as being even thinner. Timmy will further alienate the true professionals by not releasing a true professional Mac all the while claiming Apple has "great products in the pipeline" Eddy Cue an/or Phil Schiller will make complete fools out of themselves. Apple & Co will pander to the diversity sjw crowd.

And yet another booring Apple keynote will come to a close...

"Funny" how the nutshell completely lacks anything about the main thing that WWDC is about--software and development.

Then why even watch?

That's covered under alienating professionals, when more amazing emoji developements take centre stage. And also phil and eddy making fools of themselves presenting software .... like the last time they did tvOS or Apple Music.... maybe they just did not rehearse and winged it.....

On a serious note , if just Craig Federighi presenting alone, it would be a much better keynote
