Worked fine (at least http access, haven't tried others) with iPhone 4 and MBP running Snow Leopard. Nice.

Confirmed it does work, here was a speed test

Apple won't killswitch the app unless its malware (ie, capturing credit card numbers, uploading all our pictures, tracking locations, etc.)

Now I have this and Netshare! Although I dont need it seeing as I dont have a laptop anymore and only use my iMac at home. Nice to have either way. If it worked with the ipad while out and about that would be great. Id love to cancel my GF's data plan if I knew I always had a data connection for her to use.

Will AT&T be able to tell we are tethering and charge us/yell at us? Have Netshare people had any problems?

I'm glad to have the app, but don't want to get dinged with fees.

Pft, Apple will kill switch it at AT&Ts request.

Shame that it has come to this, a developer becoming banned from the App Store because carriers won't provide decent enough tethering packages...

Bought it, set it up, typing this through it right now. Great app, one the fastest tethering options I've seen.

The billing system just looks at data transferred over the course of a session, so unless you use an absurd amount of data, you should be fine.

A lot of iPhones right now are really sucking down data, especially with background abilities, pandora, etc.
