You can see which one is the right one here. All companies except Apple, compare themselves with Apple.. I mean they advertise MacBooks or iPads into their paid ads.. and now Intel goes this way.. after so many years side by side with Apple.:)

i mean this isn't the first time spoke person switch side, anyone remember the verizon guy? can you hear me now?

I mean, Justin is an actor. He's paid to do this stuff by whoever pays him. He wasn't doing the Apple ads out of a deeply-felt conviction that Apple deserved and needed his patronage.

It's obviously desperate from Intel yes.
Yes to both.

It's also worth remembering that in real life it was (and is) John Hodgman who is the committed Apple user, not Justin Long. It was always just a job for Justin, which is fine.

But yeah, plenty of desperation on display by Intel.

Cmon guys! Can't blame Intel for doing recycling! But I agree Apple should have kept Long on payroll to maintain some kind of first refusal right for products in the same category.

While clever strategically for a short-term easy win, the strategy kind of confirms the lack of creativity and the conservatism of Intel's leadership, which led to its current slate of products and market position. Don't get me wrong, they do make a point (especially for the dongles). But they'll need to be much more creative then that in every aspect of their activities.
