I see it there for normal threads, but it’s not present for any of the sticky threads…
I see it for unread sticky threads, say in iPhone forum:

1. Is your system clock correct? Silly question I know.
2. Using any addons/blockers that might be doing it?
3. Can you try opening a private window, logging in, and replying?

thanks

1. Yes it is correct.
2. I only have Ublock Origin, and Adguard installed - as well as Youtube shorts blocker and return youtube Dislike.
3. Yes, I am replying to you on a private window.

It seems to be a browser issue on my end, not sure how to resolve it.

It worked as expected using a private window?

Yes. But not when using a regular window.
I'm not that familiar with uBlock Origin or Adblock, but see if there is a log of files that are blocked.

/js/xf/core-compiled.js

would be most likely script that's being blocked. Or you can just whitelist scripts from our domain. AI told me to try this:

In uBlock → My filters:

@@||macrumors.com^$script,first-party
@@||macrumors.com^$xhr,first-party
That would allow our on-site scripts from running, and still doesn't let outside scripts running.

That appears to have resolved the problem, thank you.

Hi,

the "Edit" button seems to be missing in every new WikiPost thread, this one for example:

Screenshot 2026-02-05 at 09.32.55.png

It's still there in older ones:

It's not missing in my own new posts.

I am normally using a Firefox based browser but also tried Safari and a Chromium based one too. (macOS 26.3)

Ok, the Wikipost thing should be fixed going forward.

Existing threads, I might need to re-save as Wikis. So if you notice any, let me know.
