@arn just had a real problem reporting a post. It was probably the first one I have since the forum upgrade.

Dialogue box would open but as I started to try and type it would close when I entered it.

Using Safari on iOS. Anyway hopefully the report got through as it eventually let me submit it after the 4th or 5th attempt.

I just tried and it worked fine. Report this post and see if it happens again.

is there a way to not have the watched threads count show by forums? It used to only show likes, replies, DMs etc, now they are drowned out...

Is there a way to turn off the notification badge for watched threads on the main page? I don’t mind seeing notifications for replies but I don’t need a badge to constantly tell me how many threads I’m following.
Edit: it’s gone now 👍. I looked over preferences several times to see if I could do it but none of the choices seemed to apply to that.

Any status update on the scrolling behavior?

It's a strange xenforo editor issue (which is why it doesn't show up logged-out). I've opened a ticket to them. We're trying to work around but it's pretty internal-Xenforo stuff. That happens on xenforo.com's official site as well.

We may be able to do a workaround ourselves, but it'll be a hack.

From the Home page when selecting Forums, the option no longer takes you directly to the Forum page and instead, you have to select Visit Forums from the drop-down. Is it possible to bring that automatic feature back?

Yeah, there are some tradeoffs.

Right now, on desktop, you can click on your avatar to get to the forums directly. I realize this is a little confusing as the behavior is different on mobile.

Safari MacOS 26.3 (21623.2.7.11.6)
I changed my bookmark to go straight to the forums.

Ok...

I think I've come up with behavior that will make everyone happy. 🙂

Desktop/Mobile: Logged in Avatar is the dropdown for Alerts / DMs / etc... Badge appears for Alerts and DMs. Forums remains a direct link to forums
Desktop: logged out users will see a Forum drop down with Login / Register / New Posts

Am looking into the dropdown behavior
The historical posts seem to have disappeared. You can only see the last 25 pages, where you used to be able to see right back to your first.
Also find the Spy function doesn’t refresh for me.
