My Jet Black 7+ doesn't have any of that bottom line crap shown in the picture.

Those are all due to EU burearacy. CE= Conformité Européenne (Complies with EU requrements), 0682 = Certified by Cetecom, Circle ! = Uses frequencies not harmonized across the EU, Wheelie Bin = EU ROHS (lead-free) requirement

It's not really a quality issue in my mind as who really cares about that stuff at the consumer end.

I just wish this were possible on all iPhones... However I'd just worry that it'll become grounds for denying warranty claims.

Any bets on how long it will take an attorney to file a class action lawsuit over this!

I think this is a positive to be honest. Would love it if we could get rid of those stupid FCC logos that no one wants. I am sure this is probably how Apple would like to design the iPhone in the first place

Filing this under 'not an issue'

Wow, that's kind of embarrassing for Apple, though I'm not terribly worked up over this issue. My wife who has an iPhone 7 will need to know about this, to avoid full body skins

Once again Apple's behind on innovation. While the competition has developed and deployed a combination phone/firestarter, Apple is tinkering around with easter eggs that allow you to de-badge.

How come almost every issue with an Apple product is described on here as "A small number of....."?

Because the reality is that these issues have only impacted a small number.

Bendgate? Less than 10 phones were reported to have bent. Late 2012 Mac mini video issue? Less than .5% of owners.

Generally these issues impact a small number of users (usually less than 1%).

So when they say "a small number" the do in fact mean a small number relative to the larger ownership.
