Feature! I love de-branded products. I hope they don't fix this. It still has the Apple logo mark, no one needs the rest of the info/legal clutter after purchasing.

They said "small number" about the Note 7 too...

Yeah, no. There's no such thing as a small number of potentially dangerous smartphone fires, especially in an airplane.

This is such a whiny society when people get all bent out of shape over such trivial things. When no opportunity is missed to bring up Steve Jobs and Apple's decline, and Tim Cook is...

Bad design. Bad QC. Bad Apple.

I used to laugh when people said Apple was going downhill after Steve's death... But now it's totally apparent the all Tim Cook cares about is profit. He doesn't give a crap about making great products anymore.
Seriously? I care *jack* about iP7 but no label no loss.

I opt for the high-end glossy finish, and then stick it in plastic wrap. Like my sofa.

I also won a gold medal in the olympics; I loved it so much I had it bronzed.

Apple is notorious for paint issues. Take iPhone 5 for example, paint near screen edges got stripped within a few months of usage. Apple never admitted the problem.

Which ****** came up with the regulations for those labels anyway? Do they HAVE to be on the back a phone? It's ruining the design with the crap no one reads anyway. Just implement it in the software or something.

How come almost every issue with an Apple product is described on here as "A small number of....."?

Because this was GUARANTEED already discovered by Apple's QC department.

There is a simple tape test for silk screening, which I assume the printing is.
Sometimes initial production is different from pre-production samples and they have to develop more adhesive ink.

So, maybe they all passed the tape test, but are reacting with the material used for the protector..
Thus, they were probably not able to test the chemical reaction between screen protectors and their ink.
(Maybe they even checked a few of the most popular)

Let me also add that as long as one does not put anything onto that printing it will not come off like that, or by going naked only over time with sweat from ones hands.

Apple can't foresee what users do after they buy the phone, but then again GUARANTEED they are already working on a fix.
