Vodafone confirmed to me they will be getting it here but unsure when exactly but shouldn't be too long after launch. So yeah looking forward to it :)
 
i'm curious for those that had the 9/11-9/13 ship date, what does it say now? mine is 10/1-10/2

Mine still says the same:

This option is not available. When I call ATT, they say that they can't do pre-orders over the phone? Anyone know how to ensure keeping my unlimited data plan?

Same problem over the phone. Had to go to an ATT store to do the pre-order/upgrade. I have a grandfathered minute, message, and data plan and was able to keep everything the same.
 
Meh. I found out my upgrade isn't until the 19th. :mad: I REALLY hope that I can keep a legit trade in value for my 4S.

Anywho, is the note uncomfortably large? I'm just wondering if anyone has a hard time carrying it around? Like do I need a manbag?:eek:
 
The Note 2 has curved edges so it's comfortable to hold for long periods. The Note 3 is more squarish so not sure yet. I don't expect much of an issue though. Size wise, no problems at all. I have slim and loose jeans and never had a problem. Only thing is its definitely a two handed device. You can get by using one hand on certain tasks, but more often you'll need both hands.

Sweetness. I'll probably get a wallet case regardless so I can reduce some bulk. As long as I don't lose my phone....

I am 90% about to preorder a verizon one tomorrow. I am torn between the white and black color. I am leaning more towards the white based on the screenshot pictures. I have been non stop researching this phone for the last few days since the iphone 5s announcement and I am way more excited about the note 3.

I am going to take some time to read through all the posts here because I am now hearing horrible things about the touchwiz interface. I currently have a iphone 4s but I am techie and and I want to follow where I feel the excitement is at. Watching the note 3 demo video just left me feeling like wtf when can I do all that stuff on my iphone. I feel like I am missing out staying with apple.

My questions: How is the touchwiz interface ? How bad is the display in the sun? What do the speakers sound like(they look small and in an odd place)? Any Solid battery specs ?(I have struggled to find the chart that they showed during the unbox event video)
 
still looking for unlocked versions. this is from engadget: The SM-N900T and SM-N900W8 are compatible with both AT&T and T-Mobile bands; the SM-N900P appears more specifically tailored to Sprint, while the SM-N900V is Verizon's model.

anyone see where the SM-N900T is sold unlocked?

Try expansys usa, or Negri Electronics. Those will be your 2 best places.
