AT&T did this last year with the Note II. Every other carrier provided Samsungs nice looking box while AT&T replaced it with their orange/white box. They also removed the headphones and extra earbuds.
If you look at what comes in the box on ATT's website, no headphones again this year. Just charger, usb cable, and manual.

Ultimately, it's not a big deal but it'd be nice to have everything that should come with the phone instead of a stripped down version.
If the earbuds are the same as the GS4, you're better off without them. They aren't very good.
verizon's version comes with the s-pen nib extractor tweezer thing and extra replacement nibs...

I had to change my delivery location as I will be working Friday so they will drop it off at a retail location.

Mode only works if all Accessibility options are disabled, btw. Known bug Sammy still hasn't addressed.
