AT&T did this last year with the Note II. Every other carrier provided Samsungs nice looking box while AT&T replaced it with their orange/white box. They also removed the headphones and extra earbuds.

If you look at what comes in the box on ATT's website, no headphones again this year. Just charger, usb cable, and manual.

Ultimately, it's not a big deal but it'd be nice to have everything that should come with the phone instead of a stripped down version.

Yeah, I don't understand why they do this. Especially since they use Sammy's nicer box on the GS4

verizon's version comes with the s-pen nib extractor tweezer thing and extra replacement nibs...

I had to change my delivery location as I will be working Friday so they will drop it off at a retail location.

Hopefully this doesnt push my order back until like Monday!

If the earbuds are the same as the GS4, you're better off without them. They aren't very good.

Yeah, come to think of it, I use my one good pair for all my tech. It's still a cheesy move.

I'm finding it very difficult to get a Note 3. Samsung are sold out so I couldn't buy direct. Looked on Amazon but companies are asking for lots of extra cash. I decided to get it on contract but every single store I've spoken to have said "We're only getting deliveries of White ones, I don't know when we're getting black ones. Try back next week"

At 1:55 in that video it looks to me like there is a little bag on top of the USB 3.0 cable and wall wart that looks to have the extractor and some white replacement nubs in it. You can see it drop when he pulls the USB 3.0 cable out. I could be wrong but the little bag does match what comes in the international versions boxes.

Per posts on the XDA forums, Samsung released a fix to the expired handwriting recognition license issue.

Reposting it here for others:

Google Play> Search> " Samsung Keyboard Note 3" > and "Update" > restart the phone... and fixed

Well I really screwed that one up.

Just got an update that because I changed my delivery from my house to a store they will now ship it on Monday.

Lesson learned! lol

Known bug that also impacts the S4 and a number of other apps.

As long as you can live with all other Accessibility features/apps disabled, one handed use WAI. But you'll have to disable everything to get it to work.

Could it be the light flow app? I saw they mentioned it and know light flow did some weird things with accessibility on my Note II.

Andrew Moore, developer of Lightflow and several other App devs have been hounding Samsung to fix this for some time now.

Once you own this phone, you're gonna have to give us your personal opinion of the picture quality of the camera -- especially compared to the iPhone.

Well Vodafone finally have them in stock, so I'm trying to order an upgrade now but the system is being a bit finicky.

Hopefully they are not out of stock by the time I can get an order through.
