I find it incredible stable on my 4S.

Animations are more fluid and the overall responsiveness is much improved from Beta 6.

No app crashes or lag at all.

I wouldn't do benchmarks this soon after updating. You don't know what background processes are running, pulling iCloud stuff, indexing...

Theres nothing to index if it's a fresh restore with nothing on it but the geek bench app.

Same here. The last beta i tried was 5, and this is MUCH better. Camera opens fast, multitasking switcher is fluid, etc...seems ready to ship to me

Also, burst mode works for the 4s too :) And there are 7 dynamic wallpapers instead of 2

Would like to try it on my ipad 3, but i value being able to install xbmc too much (needs jailbreak), so i´ll wait

To me, performance seems virtually identical to b6. Benchmark results are virtually identical as well.

That's not burst mode, that's just taking photos. Totally different.

Now when you keep pressed the camera button, it takes a BURST of photos...call it what you want

Really...i abandoned beta 5 because i was sick of bugs and lack of speed. Now i have the GM and see no reason to go back...it´s that stable...at least on the 4s

i don´t doubt it may be slower than ios6, but i don´t see it affecting my usage, so far...and i love the new features

Siri (UK Male voice) seems hugely quiet and muffled compared to iOS 6, it's as if he's talking through a pillow or something - has anyone else noticed this?

So far so good on my iPhone 5.... I was really hoping they would have done preorders for iPhone 5S.... I guess ill be waiting at AT&T on the 20th.

You get the new voices if you change it to English (United States) ... but then it doesn't understand you. :D

It struggles with a Northern Irish accent as it is!

The UK Male voice is definitely the same one as iOS 6, it just seems hugely muffled now. It was very distinct and clear before but now you'd struggle to understand it with any significant background noise.

My first crash was when i was removing Passbook from Notification Center. Other than that, it's running smoothly on my iPhone 4S.

I did a clean install, so i'll comment on battery life later.

Siri has always felt like an afterthought for UK/Irish users. If I try and "Set timer for 8 minutes" it comes back with "Set table for 8" then tells me it can't find restaurants in my area.

Keep correcting the text and it will improve, I think.

Runs a little bit faster and smoothly than beta 6 on my iPhone 4 32Gb

iPad 4 restored to GM, set up as new.

Keyboard lag is much improved.

Everything else is the same as beta 6. I have no idea who at Apple thinks the animation when using the four finger pinch to return home looks decent.

On my 5 it really feels the same as beta 6. That being said, beta 6 was pretty smooth.
I was really hoping for some improvement to the music app.
Short of that, I'm pretty satisfied.

-siri (english, canada) also has the (or a variation of) the changed voice, its also fine to me
-my iphone 5 a1428 doesnt have any performance drop over b6, & its benchmarking higher than it ever did with ios 6
-new wallpapers reflecting iphone 5c & others are swag
-inaccurate cell signal strength for umts (3g/4g) is fixed with new baseband 5.00.01
-updating worked fine in itunes 11.0.5.5 only after it mentioned i need 11.1
-new sounds are decent i guess, but the revised original sounds are mostly nice
