Invite only that almost everyone has lol. Its just Google's way of creating buzz.
The place I'm interning at told me to create a G+ for the company so that they can use the hangouts feature for meetings and stuff (Various offices around country).

So, Google Plus is very exciting & innovative, but they have shut the door for invitiations (for now, at least). Well no problem! If you'd like an invite, see below
I have created a disposable, unimportant Gmail account, G+ activated, for the exclusive use of anyone wanting to invite themselves, or others, to Google Plus.
1/ Goto: http://gmail.com
2/ Sign in, using the credentials given here (embedded in an image to prevent crawler bots).
3/ Add yourself, using the disposable account you just logged into.
Please, for the sake of other members wanting invites, DO NOT CHANGE THE DEFAULT PASSWORD. I know someone probably will, but be kind to your fellow man - we all want to get onboard here, and what use is control of a dummy account to you, anyhow?
