Getting a little nervous after the Samsung verdict Eric? You should be Eric.
Still the same old Eric. Pretending to be someone.
Remember that Cafe where you screwed Steve with your lies over coffee. Still have those digital notes from
your Apple Board Meetings?
Your pathetic. Thank goodness Larry Page put you someplace with money but no intellectual requirements.
Back in your room and close the door, please.
He is responsible for the most abhorrent act of corporate backstabbing ever - not even Bill Gates went that low when "borrowing" from the Mac System...at least the latter had a badly drafted licensing agreement to draw his betrayal from.
That element should be spending time in Guantánamo and nothing else.
iOS is great for the integration with Macs. If I didn't have a Mac I'd probably have an Android device, and probably as happy with that as I am with iPhone.
I think there are some great reasons to choose Android over anything else. But in this case I think Eric's points are incorrect and he missed the meaningful stuff.
That's about switching computers. The topic was switching phones. You don't need a guide for switching to iOS - OS X is a bigger beast that may require some reteaching.
Or they're businesses, or have friends on it....but lets forget that bit and spew nonsense instead. It seems to be the theme of this thread.
Never seen laggy scrolling on Nexus 5
I'm pretty sure Schmidt is just trolling people now. He knows no real Apple fan will ever buy into Android.
You're a consumer. Apple, and Google, and MSFT, and whoever else, see you as a source of revenue. Get over it.
You must not remember how apple used to state how easy it is to convert to a mac from pc and how they would transfer everything over from your pc for you.
Just playing devils advocate but that seems a step above a guide on how to convert to a different platform of smartphone.
I don't think there is anything wrong with either strategy. Make it easy for customers to switch and let them decide which they prefer.
I doubt it. I tried to like Android in the past, and it's just one pain in the neck after another.
Meaningful stuff? Do you mean the tweaking required to get it to run? Do you mean the complete lack of style and taste? Are you one of those people that can't tell the difference between black velvet paintings and Van Gogh or between people's faces?
iOS is in no way perfect but it's not supposed to require an MCSE to run and while it isn't perfect, it's still light years ahead of the copies. Seriously, how can you take anything that runs java as the main user interaction seriously? Effing web pages loaded with that toxic time and data sucking crap is already more than we should have to put up with.
Funny, I have zero lag on my Nexus 5 and I don't miss the slow zoom to open a folder on ios 7.
I hate when people who haven't used recent products from a maker make false comments.
Just like I can't say whether new blackberries or window phones suck because I haven't used one for at least a few months. There's a learning curve when you are so used to one OS. Not fair to judge just picking one up for 5 minutes and judging. Then again the lag comment tells me you probably haven't even done that.
