Yes, since the 512MB update and luck of the draw before that.

Sporty G said:I can't say that I'm not thrilled. This machine has been sitting here since last week as well. Apple has always done me well and I was afraid after I'd ordered the 1.42Ghz machine that they would toss out a new model (prolly to be official tomorrow) and I'd be stuck with the old one. But it appears that they had dried out their old inventory already. Interestingly, the box still has stickers refering to the previous model.
I am in the states. Connecticut, to be more precise. My Mini shipped from Middletown, PA.Bakey said:Nick work fella!Hopefully this should keep the sceptics at bay [although I doubt it veeerry much

As I stated in an earlier post phairphan couldn't be [and isn't] the only individual to have received an updated mini...
Just out of interest where are you in the world? Phairphan is in the states [I believe] and it would be good to know geographically where the new machines are turning up first -- I'm thinking distribution channels at this point as I'd rather not order a 1.4 mini and *hope* that I'd receive the updated 1.5 variant. I'm going to sit it out and wait for the official notification via Apple.com [UK] and the reflective store changes before my order is placed...![]()
