I only care about the computers if they weigh no more than 3 lb.I only care about the computers.
I doubt that, my guess is at least 32, and, it'll be called M2I would guess "M1X" probably means they'll have the same RAM, USB bus, and external display constraints as the M1 - just a faster processor.
and for what purpose???I wonder when the watch will get 5G. This year? Next year?
Screwed because I need my new phone NOW! 😆You and I have very different definitions of "screwed', but I understand where you are coming from.
foreal. an apple watch with 5G is dumb.and for what purpose???
You can always get a mac mini and a 32" monitor!Awfully quiet about the bigger iMac. The M1 iMac looks nice, but can’t replace my 27” iMac with that.
Do you have the screen on all day or something? I’ve had the Series 3, 4 and 6. They’ve all had a minimum of 2 days battery life. In fact, for the 3 and 4, I always got 3 days. That's how I feel about my 5.... but.... if they magically produced 2 day battery life I'm in
#Apple ban, I’m so with you! Learning Linux as we speak, it’s actually helping with my Raspberry Pi.I put all expenses for new Apple hardware on hold. Self imposed „Apple Ban“. I will wait until there is more clarity about the new child protection features. In the meantime I will install Ubuntu Budgie on my old MBP10,1. And try CalyxOS on a Pixel Phone. Maybe it’s time for more free software to protect my personal freedom.
In which case the rumor would be wrong - and that'd be good news.I doubt that, my guess is at least 32, and, it'll be called M2
What about new AirPod Pro’s…Alongside the new iPhones, Gurman, as previously reported, says that Apple can be expected to launch the third-generation AirPods featuring an updated design
If you have an Intel Mac, and have some free disk space, it's pretty straightforward to install Linux. rEFInd is a decent boot manager - I use it on my 2015 MacBook Pro, and triple-boot Mojave, Big Sur, and Linux Mint (Mint's on its own partition; the other two are separate logical volumes sharing the same partition).#Apple ban, I’m so with you! Your Xr has a bigger screen than 6s plus…I don’t really need any new devices this year, but I might be talked into upgrading my XR to a 13 Pro Max. I miss that big screen of my 6s Plus and I’m hoping 5G will improve my data connection in more places. Plus ProMotion is welcomed.
I thought ProMotion didn’t make a difference to me, but I compared the display of my iPad Air 4 to that of my wife’s M1 iPad Pro 11”, and the display does look noticeably sharper. If the phone’s display also looks sharper as a result of the ProMotion, that seems like a solid upgrade.
Agree. People who want to spend the extra money talk themselves into this argument. How did you compare them exactly? A few days ago I brought my MBP into Apple Store for a battery replacement and looked at Air 4 and Pro 11” standing next to one another on display. To my eyes both screens looked almost identical and I could only spot a slight difference in scrolling speed in Safari. 🤷🏻♂️
When they rumoured the notch, I swore never to buy an iPhone with it and I am still with my iPhone 8. Will buy one some day when there is no longer a notch.can’t wait for everyone who swore to never buy an iPhone again because of on device CSAM detection to upgrade in a few months
Taller, yes. But also narrower. The notch takes up some of that space too.Your Xr has a bigger screen than 6s plus…
higher chance iOS stops being supported on iPhone 8 before a notch less iPhone comes out. When they rumoured the notch, I swore never to buy an iPhone with it and I am still with my iPhone 8. Will buy one some day when there is no longer a notch.
You are right peoples are ____, don't know which word to use but companies would pay more attention if peoples were different.
