Call the final destination office asap and ask if you can pick it up there. If you don't like your answer call back on the next shift. Or 4-6 hours later and ask again.
I called customer service and they said to call tomorrow to see if itll be at final destination because if it is, itll be okay for me to pick it up tomorrow...cos the rep told me its going to Milwaukee airport, it just wasnt sure when its going to final destination so thats why I gotta call back tomorrow....but lets hope I can pick it up tomorrow! Its express...no reason why they gotta lag on all that.
