Has your MBP shipped yet?

Anyone here happen to live in Orlando and received your package already? Mine is in ANC now...where to next?
 
anyone from denmark,sweden got there 15in mac yet?
im going to order one soon, but i heard from my local store today in Denmark, that they just got a note from apple, that says alot of the 13 and 15in will be late on delevery in EU , because they lag of parts.
it sounds a bit weird in my ears, why should this only effect EU?
so i just want to know if anyone got it yet? so i can go order my first mac ever :D
 
If those of you that ordered around the 13th are just getting yours today, I have atleast 7-10 days before I get mine. I ordered on the 20th.

I should just stop browsing this thread for a week or so. The anticipation is causing me too much anxiety. I cant focus at work. All I can think about is unboxing my first MBP!!!

I'm finally making the switch to Mac after many years of being a windows only user so I'm very excited for my order to arrive. I ordered on the 19th with the 7200rpm and HR Glossy CTO options. The order is currently at:

I'm the main editor (I also switched over to Final Cut Studio) for a 24-hour film festival on the 30th-1st so I'm praying it'll arrive on time for me to use. Anyone have a guess on whether it'll be there on time?

i'm hopeful as its updated to ready for shipment and seems to be sticking to that status - has your status updated yet? hopefully in the morning i will get an update.

mines also a 17" but an i5 with 500gb @ 7200rpm and antiglare
 
I just recieved mine from FedEx! I was sleep when the delivery was first sent in the morning and FedEx was nice enough to come back in the evening! :eek::eek::eek::eek:

I hope you all get your MacBook Pros sooner because I'm enjoying my first Mac and first laptop EVER. :apple:
 
I have a question, when you got your mbp did you have this black crap on the corners... mine did. In order for it to come off, i needed a little elbow crease. Its fine but weird. I wonder if its from the packaging? :confused:

I ordered mine on the 13th and still haven't received it (delivery date 27th). you do the math.

Not sure. I would imagine but they already charged my card again for the new one that's "not shipped yet" and emailed me a label for the return. On the return they stated for the reason "Changed his mind". I thought that was kind of funny.

I must say that I'm very happy with changing my mind and waiting now that I've seen the Matte. I'll be much more comfortable with a glass display and some glare. I'll probably even put a screen protector on it. I did play with it overnight and it's a great computer.

No mine didn't have anything on it. I received an anti-glare hi-res screen though.

Yes, I'm noticing that the HR and different screens are causing some multiple day delays in alot of orders. I stuck with the standard screen and it was shipped out in 1 day, currently sitting in some warehouse in Anchorage.

Freak blizzard here (in ANC) but it's Alaska and we fly in almost anything. Your flight should be leaving between now and 5pm AST.

Received mine today...i noticed black specks on the clear packaging and also on the white cord and adapter. It looks like ash or something. It does clean up but WTF...
 
For my birthday my friend ordered me the high-end 15" (standard configuration) this morning from Macmall.com. This will be the best birthday present ever. Even as I type this my crappy Lenovo keyboard is sticking. I could see myself going insane posting in this thread every 15 mins, complaining about shipping times, so I asked my friend to do overnight shipping. Got my Fedex confirmation number a little while ago, and it'll be here by 3:00pm tomorrow. Wooho! :D
 
Ordered last Friday, still waiting for it to ship. Supposed to be delivered next week, but if it doesn't ship tomorrow, I'd doubt that.
 
I want to order BTO soon. US customer here. So are all US orders being shipped by FedX or FedX ground ? Which shipper is Apple contracted with ?

OMG...how much longer is my package gonna site at Mount Hope (Hamilton) location before it moves? Its been sitting there the entire day! i pray i get it in Calgary tommrw!!!!! why the hell are my package taken at least a day at Louisville and now Hamilton...WTF UPS...get your ASS moving douches!
