Okay, maybe a bit of hope for us Europeans stuck with the "Not yet shipped" & "Estimated delivery: 28th/29th" status since the 14th/15th. I called the Apple Store Support, and after a fare bit of insisting, I got something resembling a status quo.
Obviously, they have far greater detailed info on the actual build of the orders than we have: The representative assured me that the latest status from the factory was that a whole batch of MBPs ordered around the 14th/15th and intended for delivery in Europe would be shipped as of today, thereby estimated to be arriving in the Netherlands (Rotterdam) just after the weekend and hence making a delivery on the 28th/29th quite believable. He said that I should be getting an email later today from the Apple Store, with the status on my order updated to "Shipped". The delay and the lack of info was partly due to the airports being closed down, but also partly due to an excessive demand for usual and CTO MBPs following the update - however, they still maintain the 28th/29th as probable delivery dates, and hence the lack of updates to the estimated delivery date.
Just as a note, the shipping dates in the Danish Apple store have slipped to "in 5-7 business days" for several MBP models (probably the most popular), and even the ones with shipping status "Within 24hours" slip to "5-7 business days" if one changes ANYTHING on them - that is, if it in any way is a CTO machine, then there is the additional 5-7 days delay.
Finger's crossed from Copenhagen.
