Have any 11/17-11/24 shipments been bumped?

Just go pick it up. It's available...check it i mean.
 
I went online to Apple.com to check availability of 256 GB, didn't care which color, and my local Apple Store in Grand Rapids, MI, has both available for pickup in store today. So I canceled my online 11/17 - 11/24 preorder that was still "order in progress" and had not moved or been charged. Then I waited 5 minutes for the order cancellation to update and release my phone number, and then I placed a new order on Apple.com to pickup my 256 GB Space Gray on AT&T one time payment in full today at the store. My card was charged and I got confirmation email and text that it will be ready within 2 hours.

On a whim I just checked this Saturday morning if the iPhone X is available for pickup at the Apple Stores in Palo Alto and voila! There is availability at both the Stanford and downtown locations. So I canceled my online order placed at 12:07 am on Oct 27 and ordered one for pickup this morning!

I was originally in the Nov 17-24 batch for an unlocked, contract free 256GB Space Gray Verizon.

me too same delivery date...cancelled and i just paid to pick it up later.

This is what is confusing...why pre-order if the supply is in stock?

That was confusing to me- since none of my local stores had “in store pickup” option yet hundreds seemed to do it. (And plenty for walk ins too!)

Yea that was weird, in the app nothing is showing but if you go to the actual store, there are some in stock.

With so many people cancelling orders, there will be a major bump in delivery dates by next week.

Well I’m feeling a little silly now. Still 17-24, still iUP, still 64 silver. No charge no change in order status, sitting in OIP. I don’t have five hours to drive to the nearest Apple store round trip, so I’ve got to wait. This is my first time preordering and I’m kind of bummed about it.

Why did they allocate so few phones to preorders? So many people have cancelled yet those of us in the 17-24 for life club have still seen no movement.

I’ll be on vacation next week which will be fun, but I was hoping to have my iPhone X instead of my old 6s+. Disneyland does a number on battery life. Hopefully the new phone will be waiting for me when I get back!

Could you wait until closer to the trip? Although, if it ships earlier than 12/10, is that a problem too?

My UPS tracking screen still says its at Anchorage for over 12 hours, coming from Incheon.
But UPS99 had already made it to Ontario. Idk what's going on, and it says that it has gone through clearance already on one part of the page, but on another part, it says it's awaiting clearance.
