Well they might read it but they're not going to do anything about it. I know lots of people who don't want to hear anything negative. I have a much harder time with circular, illogical, and untruthful. Truthful, at least each person's version of what they believe to be the truth, is not negative-it's just the truth. My truth is that after the iPhone 4 fiasco (my first Apple product that I struggled for 4 hours to preorder, that I stood on line for for 5 hours being practically stomped to death every time we were asked to move the line-3 times-and losing my place because I refused to run past others and shove them out of the way, and that I then waited another hour to get once I managed to get inside the store), I decided to order the iPad 2 online with "fast free shipping". I set my alarm for every hour starting at midnight EST in case it went online early, which it did-before 3:40am EST. I was shocked at how easy it was to complete my order within 6 minutes of the available time (3:44am). I was also shocked that the "fast free shipping" was actually 3-5 business days but no way I was going to not place the order after all that, especially since. with of course no warning, AT&T did not have the 64 gig model). I received email confirmation immediately. Cool. Now 4 1/2 days later, my iPad is still not even prepped for shipping. Like many people I know, I love Apple products but don't love Apple. I don't believe for one second that they were overwhelmed by the demand. I believe they wanted to roll out the iPad 2 before they had enough produced to meet the demand because they had a lot of competition and maybe because Steve Jobs is ill and didn't want to wait to reap the praise or profits. I think they knew the iPhone 4 had antenna issues and they know the iPad 2 has bleed issues as well as production issues but they don't care one whit about their customers. Call that negative if you want. More accurate would be that it's not a version of the truth that's palatable to lots of "nice" people.
