Again the rest of the world just has to wait longer or forever to get a new service that is out exclusively for the USA. You even need a USA based credit card to register. So VPN wont help you get it. Well, i guess i’ll just enjoy Netflix then 😅👍🏻

i always buy a digital iTunes gift card on Walmart.com and then subscribe via the App Store. However Hulu even works with my German credit card

On the other hand, my HBO via Apple TV Channels has completely disappeared. I guess it's still early, curious whether it comes back as HBO Max or if there will be two entries.

I'm still confused about this. I have HBO as an AppleTV+ channel. Did that change to HBO Max or do I need to cancel that and download an HBO Max app?

So this replaces HBO Now. Does it also replace DC Universe? Or We now have to pay for 2 separate services? I ask because some shows from DC Universe were reported to being moved to HBO Max.

No update since the statement in January:
"4K HDR is a part of the HBO Max product roadmap but we don't have any additional information to share at this time."
Wasn't 4K going to happen with Direct TV Now? I'm not getting my hopes up.

It replace DC Unvierse, at least yet.

What happened to the free Max access for those that have the HBO Channel? I don’t see it working.

IIRC, it is free for people who pay for HBO Now (stand alone service) and people who do the channel add on through Apple (not amazon).

I have the channel through Apple (billed through iTunes not the channel), and the app changed from HBO Now to MAX automatically (auto update). It is shockingly pretty easy to navigate. It clearly shows what is HBO content and what is the "MAX" content. The app is better than this launch. You need a damn decipher to figure out that launch.

Edit: Actually I have HBO Now, but it is just billed through iTunes.

Mine disappeared, also. Sure they will get it worked out soon.

You should be good to go. On my iPad I did not have the HBO app so downloaded MAX this morning and restored through iTunes. It worked.

Edit: I actually am just billed through iTunes, it isn't actually the channel

I had no trouble setting mine up and getting signed in on both my iMac and AppleTV. Also an ATT 1000 Sub.
Where did you go to set yours up? Someone on 9to5 said they activated through the myAT&T app. I don’t see that option. I’m on the Internet 1000 as well.

I have an ATT unlimited cell plan that included HBO GO. I just downloaded Max on my Apple TV 4K, activated, and it all went flawlessly.

Log into your ATT account through a web browser and there is a banner on the right side to activate HBO Max on your ATT ID so you can sign in with it.

I have ATT Fiber 1000 so apparently I am eligible but I am not.

How do you get all of those services combined for under $15?

YouTube Premium via VPN from Turkey: 2 Euro (no idea why google makes this so easy to be honest 🤷🏽‍♂️)

Spotify Premium Family Plan (my boyfriend is Mexican): 3€

Netflix: 3,50€ (I pay my cousin my part)

Disney+: free via my parents internet provider. They have some deal in place for 6 months

Hulu: is the only thing I pay in full
