i watched the end of last week's show again, and i think there could be another theory behind that final scene with hiro in the future (time paradoxes don't help either).
there's no set timeline to save the cheerleader in the timeline, it could be after new york blows up, so claire could still be in danger, and save the cheerleader, save the world could be something else for a later season, but don't bet on it.
and if you cannot change the timeline, was this just a message of encouragement for the heroes to go on the certain path they end up taking in this timeline, or a warning of what is to come to the world for the people in the past? perhaps whoever made the timeline figured out this already that you can't change time, and that you can at least tell the story of what happened in the past so that people won't forget what happened maybe?
this is all so confusing, and time travel always makes things twice as complicated. remember that.
well, it seems like the start of the show scratched that theory...or not. maybe sylar still gets the power...something else happens. and it looked like sylar lied. i still think new york blows up, and hiro did make the timeline.
now, on to this week's show.
loved the scene when peter had ando and future hiro escape, parkman's expression was priceless and i was laughing all over.
and it sounds like ando is a vital part of hiro's character now, he's the happy go lucky person that keeps hiro's spirits high, and without ando, he becomes wallowed in anger and guilt.
and how does jessica die? i don't get it. nikki is here forever, but jessica taught her some lessons.
and i like peter's scar. it's nice.
i think the whole progression of how the characters will turn out is nice. yes, the city will blow up, unless we start tinkering with alternate dimensions, and that will make things more complicated. and here's another thing, did nathan die and was sylar president? odd.
great show, best one all season. also some xmen parodies here too.
