Of course if he's picked up the hearing problem power now too and the booming voice power was from Sylar, that could be a whole lot of fun/hurt for both of them.

A good comic relief episode

Sylar covering his ears: "SHUT UP!"
Peter covering his ears: "No you shut up!"
Sylar covering his ears: "NO YOU!"
etc...

Finally culminating in a slap fight!

A good comic relief episode

Comic relief episodes:

1) Hiro travels too far into the future and meets someone who looks exactly like his dad named Sulu.

2) Peter somehow gets the ability to duplicate things and gets Hiro's time travel power, accidently holds down option while dragging Sylar to the past and creates a copy that ends up being Mr. Linderman's father.

better one: claire, knowing she can just heal herself tries out for the nhl and attempts to be the first woman hockey player in the all male league. she becomes a goon like person and beats up all of the hockey players, but they seem never to hurt her. after a few weeks in the league, they suspect her of cheating, and she gets kicked out of the league. claire runs into hiro and hiro manages to erase the whole episode from history and it never happens. (this could be wwf claire as well.)

and a question, what does -kun mean, as in ando-kun? i heard hiro say it on the show when he saw ando, but i don't understand it completely.

The only way I can think peter could get a scar is if he doesn't actively heal himself… Peter gets exhausted from the fight, Sylar runs away injured/after Isaac, peter passes out with the cut on his head… Some time goes by and peter wakes up with a scar on his head. Because, unlike Claire.. Peter has to be conscious to use his power.

I'm thinking that "booming voice" could just be his TK power combined with just yelling… heh. Unless there is a hero he came across and had no idea what there power was.

I really hope NBC makes it a battle of epic proportion xD

We were talking about Peter

Oh, I thought we were back to Sylar and what Peter got from Sylar. I don't think Peter and Eden ever met. But I could have sworn Sylar had used something similar. That deep voice. Maybe it wasn't exactly the same, but similar.

It's just a way in Japan for a male to address another male who is their age (or younger) or for a male to address a female. Females do not use this term.

Someone correct me if I'm off.

next episode is like april 12th. and they left us with such a cliffhanger too. seems like nbc's MO
Crap, and since they do most shows in actaul time, we won't see the Roy v. Jim thing.
ARGH
I just re-watched the clip, he didn't move for like 3 seconds then he realized what had happened and then pushed himself off the stake on the cab.

I still think he has to be consciously aware to use his powers he's absorbed.

I thought there was a scene with the invisible guy where invisi guy says "Where'd you learn that" and Peter said "I don't know." Maybe I'm wrong?

I think that had to do with stopping the bludgeoning he was receiving by stopping the "stick" the way Sylar stopped the bullet in Monday's ep.

I think that mattscott306 has a point.

He did in fact use a power that he was not aware he had in both situations. He didn't consciously heal himself, and it appeared that he didn't know he had telekinesis.

That just made me think - how did Sylar stop the bullet, where did he get that power from??
Isn't that Hiro's power?

I think they show an episode in the beginning of him stealing telekinesis from someone. Hiro can stop time, not just a single object.

Actually kun is used to address younger males and chan is for addressing younger females. You would use the person's first name and add kun or chan at the end. It is very informal and is typically used by friends or addressing someone you are really close to like a younger brother or sister. Females will call a young boy by his first name with kun at the end but rarely address a male their age or older using kun.

What about XXX-san? I assume that's more formal and reserved for someone older than you or in a position of authority?

Nope you're not wrong, then he said something to the affect. Oh I remember this guy when I went to go save the cheerleader he threw lockers at me.

See he has to be conscious ^_^ Then he also said after getting off of the taxi, Just before I knew I was going to hit it I remember the girl in texas she could heal.

Yes... Using san at the end of a person's last name is the equivalent to Mr. or Mrs. XXX. However when introducing yourself you never use san at the end of your last name. You would use desu. San can also be used at the end of a persons first name. It is less formal than the previous form.

If you are looking for a very formal way to address a Japanese person you can use sama at the end of their last name. This would be used for a person in a high position such as the CEO of a company or the Prime Minister.

Good episode tonight. Everyone walks a fine line, so you don't really know who is good and who is bad.

Only 4 more to go - i hope there'll be a second season to follow.

There had better be, this is a great show. Although the little segment at the end saying "what do you think will happen email us!" worries me. Its like they didnt expect it to be so popular so they only wrote a few episodes. :)

I like how they are bringing micah and nikki into the main story line with Lindermann. I know that story line isn't too popular with some of people here but the nikki/jessica character is so gorgeous.
