Houston, TX - iPad 2 Sightings/Information

Everyone knows about the lines now and it's a Saturday so I'd assume before 6 = hopeless now.
I was at galleria this morning as well. Got there at 5 and was about 20 in line. Walked away with 32 white. Was looking foe 64 white but they only have Verizon. Some people try to reserve spot for friend that pissed me off. Apple employee said due to low stock only allow one per person.
Has anyone been able to get an ATT 3G 32gb or 64gb version? Those seem to be totally elusive. I went to ATT flagship store on SW Freeway and they claim they don't even carry the 64gb model, which is ridiculous. Why wouldn't the flagship ATT store carry their own top iPad model? I'm also weary as to whether they ever tell the truth there. Seems like the associates are not Apple product enthusiasts.
When I bought my 16GB ATT at Target on Friday the manager said they had sold 2 of the 64GB ATT before I arrived.
Was that at a Target in the Houston area? And was it on launch day or Friday, 3/18? Just curious, because I've been to 3 of them so far and they are claiming that they haven't received and ATT 64gb models either at all or since the launch day.

While I was at galleria I overheard one of the apple employee said no shipment tomorrow. Not sure how accurate it is so take it for what it is worth.

Anyone get a callback? I haven't. What was a bit frustrating is a friend of mine was able to get one at Pasadena BB w/o reservation. This was yesterday.

I stopped at Best Buy on Grand Pkwy today and they said they've abandoned taking reservations because the list has grown too long and they don't think the fulfillment will be timely to continue doing such. The reps indicated they receive their shipments from Apple directly and not from the usual Best Buy distribution channel on iPads. As such, they have no idea as to when and how many will be received at any given point.
I've given up since mid-week on any optimism of receiving it through the retail stores. I've placed an online order a week ago as of today (3/20) and plan to just wait it out. If I stumble upon one in advance, I'll be very happy, but I'm too exhausted to keep going with the daily chase. I'm old man and can't hang with the youngsters running around from store to to store to get this thing.

They supposedly do not receive shipments on Sundays, which means it would be unlikely they'd have any iPads for a Monday morning. Of course, they may receive a shipment on Monday morning at some point. Will they open and make it immediately available for sale? That's anyone's guess.

Monday morning shouldn't be any different than Tues-Fri should it? They are giving cards for the shipment that arrives in the morning right? Is there any evidence that they are receiving shipments in the evening that are sold in the morning?

They do not give out cards for same day shipment arrivals. It has been announced that Apple puts a one day hold on the shipments before making them available for resale. Thus, items received on Monday would not be available for resale until Tuesday.

Announced where? Having read all 270 posts in this thread, it just doesn't jive. Folks are describing Apple Store employees opening shipments in the morning and then selling the units to people in line. Am i reading that wrong?

I placed my reservation with Best Buy Galleria last Monday and I just called them to get the 411....well, I was just told by the sales associate over the phone that as of last Thursday they are no longer taking reservations and that they have not received any shipments either.
