I've always stuck with the bottom right corner click, but I've noticed more and more mis-clicks since the haptic touchpads came around. Sometimes it just doesn't register or I have to get a lot further over.

Never cared for the two-finder click but it seems more reliable, unfortunately.

What is your preferred method?

I've always been a two-finger click guy. It's so automatic that I had to think about it. :)

Right hand click.

One of the first things I do with a MacBook is to go to the trackpad setting and TURN OFF ALL "gestures" of all kinds.

All my trackpad "understands" is left-click and right-click.

Less confusion that way...
